Do you scrunch or fold?

I eat toilet paper in advance of needing to visit the loo - saves time on wiping in those mission-critical situations.

At work, we use a company called Shred All. They provide lockable fridge-sized boxes for most departments which they empty every week or so. Useful because we've gone paperless - just scan all paperwork to PDF then get shot of the papers. I don't say I miss the filing cabinets one bit :-)

I slowly drift pages into a burning fire, gradually swaying side to side towards wickered flame, a winced gaze of intense purpose ...the meaning of life and facts of great discovery on every page.

....gets awkward when its not my mail, and I cant remember how the fire got there.

Scrunch - we take the bin out every day anyway, so it makes little difference, and I've only once had a letter with my (English) name arrive, so shredding isn't really an issue. There have probably been some with my Chinese name, but I've never noticed :p

Scrunch when wiping arse.
Fold when recycling.

Don't even know, it just goes into the recycling bin and gets put in the street when it's full, don't even know when collection day is I just stick it out there and wait for it to be empty.

Paper is shredded then recycled.

Since moving here though, almost everything is recycled, and you have to take it to a communal recycling area. If they find anything recyclable in your waste bin they refuse to take it (and believe me they look!). So we have three boxes and a bin. Glass/Plastics and cartons/paper/waste.

Fold. It is neater, and maximises capacity so we can fit more in. Why would anyone scrunch? WHY!?!?!?!11 :p

But we shred anything with personal details on.

Re loo roll - definitely fold. Scrunching results in an inconsistent wipe and also adds extra risk of 'poo flick' if the edges of the scrunch ping out of your ass crack during wipe. :D

2 to the head, one to the chest, freeze then chop up with a chainsaw and feed the bits to the pigs.

Oh... you said paper... ignore that then.
