She needs to be stopped!!!

Frankly, very few people give two craps about any species, endangered or otherwise.

Take a good look around, because many of the animals alive today will be gone in 10 years time. There is no way to stop it, because collectively we just don't care.

It does good because only people that hunt are willing to pay to keep these animals alive.

The only reason most of these animals are there to be hunted is because hunters pay a fortune in fees and membership so that they can increase the number of these animals.

It about catering to a market. Hunters pay big money to hunt the top animals. So, if you breed and look after them in your area of land, they actually breed well are protected from poachers and the numbers can be managed carefully. You can prevent over-hunting and this allows the species to re-populate. The hunters are usually only allowed to pick off the older males to keep the population in check. This allows the females to raise litters safely without new males killing all the cubs to force the females back into heat. Then these young individuals can be sold or traded to other hunting areas or zoos, and allow a diversification of genes and a more healthy population.

On a simplistic level, shooting an endangered species sounds like a bad idea, but it's only 1 part of the story :)
 
Wasn't there another women doing this a few months ago. I remember seeing FB outrage then too. It wasn't this girl. Can't be that hard to shoot an elephant.

With eyes that far apart I bet she has almost 360 degree vision, no wonder she's a good shot to be honest.

I would never try to get someone's web page removed just because I disagreed with them. As it happens, if it's true what she says about hunters contributing vast amounts to conservation efforts (I have no idea if it is or not), then I say crack on. I find it distasteful to kill an animal for sport, but I'd never dream of imposing my personal hang-ups on others.
 
If I could afford to shoot a Rhino or Elephant or Lion, I would, just so I could say I had. Hippies be damned. The cheaper option is to go to south east Asia and shoot cattle with RPGs.

What, she's doing nothing wrong, hunting is a natural thing and the bodies are going to communities that can barely afford water let alone good meat.

She is also contributing to the development of conservation sites abroad.

I love it when ignorant hypocrites try and bash people when they are actually doing something good.
