AFAIK the V5 doesn't have a spring loaded pin, thought it was a rubber grommit. I know there used to be a problem where the center pin could be pushed down by attys with long pins. Don't know if this has changed.

There is no 'genuine' VAMO AFAIK, they're all copies of a design made by a chinese company. Bit like EGO it's just a standard now.

Yeah hasn't skipped a beat.

Only gripe would be the weight/size, when it is in your pocket ladies may think you are either well hung or pleased too see them. When you produce the SVD they are both surprised and yet delighted as they were scared of your pure alpha-ness and horse like trouser appearance. :D

All jokes aside the size/weight is a little on the hefty side.

She's seen a kit for £30, but I just wanted to check and see what you guys would suggest for around that money?

I'm currently rocking a Smok VMax topped with an Aga-t2, and that's heavy-ish.

Is it holding a 18650 in the pic above?
How does it handle 18350?
 
Yeah it has an 18650 with an extender sleeve.

I have never used it with anything other than the 18650 so can't answer that question I am afraid.

I've been asking a few people about it and i've only heard good things apart from an earlier post about the button failing.

I concur mostly, of the clearos they sell i'd be inclined to pick a Aerotank Mini or V2 or an Aspire Nautilus. There's some a new Nautilus mini coming soon, supposed to be good. Either mini is great if you want something slimline - and that's frankly best when you are still hunting around for flavours you like.

18mg is about right if you are coming from smoking i'd say.

Flavours are hard to advise on, it's very personal. For me I like berries / mint / tropical fruits. Others like custardy or tobacco flavours.

My local shop does an okay kit, but if she gets into it expect to replace basically everything. It's £39.95 and comes with 2 batteries, 5 clearo tanks and a charger. Need to get juice seperately.

For starting I wouldn't bother with that kit you have probably seen.

Go for something like a Vision Spinner and Protank mini

Can get it all for under £30 then get a charger and some juice.

Pretty sure you can also get the spinners in girly colors :p (If she loves it there is more chance she will use it)

Looking into it, apparently it was a cheap mech mod with an unprotected (CRA, possibly clone) battery.

Recipe for disaster that cooked up just right, from the looks of it.
 
I ordered the NatureVape Pro kit as well as the Raspberry and Mint liquids that come with it, I decided to order Scopes Strawberry and Peach flavours.

Which one would be good to try first?
Can I try a little and clean the swap to a new flavour without having to change the little cotten piece?
 
That looks pretty horrendous. I've seen the damage cheap unprotected batteries and chargers do when they explode. I always buy good quality protected batteries and intelligent chargers that won't overcharge.
