Yep.

Just SCEE and their ridiculous policy of one version (content wise) for all of EU.

So far they've done

Twisted Metal
God Of War
Last Of Us.

Then they cut beyond two souls because they wanted pegi 16, not 18.

Order 1886 is probably next on the chopping block from them (preview on ps blog said it's violent/gory).
 
I've used Gamestop to buy titanfall with trade in offer, fifa 14 with a trade in offer, 2 copies of gta5 with trade in offer, Turtle Beach XP500 Xbox 360/PS3 Headset and battlefield 3. Never had a problem with them myself and my pre orders arrived on the day of release sent royal mail at no extra cost to myself. Others negative experiences would put me off but I've never had a problem with them. :)
 
They are a huge company and deal with thousands a day. A few hiccups is inevitable and unavoidable. My biggest gripe is they are a nightmare to get hold off and do not reply to emails, posts on FB or return phone calls.

Bit late but yes, I sent UFC for exchange, never got on with it.
 
Regarding GameStop concerns. I ordered MGS V Ground Zeroes and attempted to cancel quite late as I was concerned it wouldn't arrive on release. I got a response straight away from their CS but was told the order had already gone out, game turned up early.. No issues.

Have this ordered from them and traded in Infamous, played the game once through and knew I wouldn't touch it again, Win!
