Voice your opposition to the Israeli actions for the past 65+ years

Wow, you manage to so succinctly define an issue spanning centuries.

People, that's the /thread. Please leave in an orderly fashion.

He summed it up pretty well Whats wrong the truth hurts? Or you don't like the truth being told?

The Israeli Prime Minister has said it is a "travesty of justice and fairness" that Israel's offensive in Gaza has been condemned by the UN Human Rights Council.
I'm surprised he could manage that with a straight face.

There is just too much hypocrisy when it comes to Israel. They are a joke and how anyone can take their propaganda seriously, and some of the absurd justifications they come out with, needs to get a real tight grip on reality and see the situation for what it really is.

So they blew up an UN shelter and nothing is guaranteed to happen. Just shows you what a paper tiger the UN is.

Unfortunately that is incorrect and disturbingly not as accurate as the truth.

They blew up a un run SCHOOL, that was being used as a shelter........

Reports that an IDF soldier who went undercover to check out a hospital and found no evidence of any Hamas activity at all. His unit/whatever was ordered to attack it even though there was no evidence of anything and they supposedly killed and injured a crapload of people in a hospital. This IDF soldier abandoned his post after receiving the order knowing full well it was only innocent and injured people in there. Not sure how true it is but as with every other report on Israel it's completely believable.

I wish people would take notice, they use things like "human shields" as an EXCUSE to just wipe out infrastructure and facilities. If the schools, hospitals, aid stations, sewage works, if all the infrastructure is gone then they will push Palestinians out of the area. They are attempting to eradicate them. Pressure, kill, oppress, mistreat till a small scale retaliation happens then use this as an excuse to attempt to exterminate them.

You see say video's people attempt to make in Israel and they seem massively intolerant to everyone. Seen video's of guys shouting at an American, they seemed to be very anti american... which is insane seeing as the entire reason they are there and have the money/land/military they do is America. They don't care about anyone or anything else. They use America but don't support or co-operate with them in the slightest. They don't work with or help the UN.

Iran lets nuclear inspectors in ffs... Israel won't, they act like a class onto themselves, they do what they want and manipulate everyone.

When you attack a UN run school being used as a shelter for the innocent.... there is no excuse.

At this point I really actually want the UN, US, UK to go in, take the IDF apart completely, disarm Hamas and maintain a line between them, split the country into three parts, a UN owned strip of land in the middle, and Israel/Palestine on the other side, neither being allowed a military of any kind.

There is no denying that for some, criticism of 'Israel' is used as a smokescreen for those wanting to express their anti-semitic views (or Jew hatred if you want to be pedantic)

That is not certainly not the case for the vast majority, but it still stands.

Re-posting as there popped up a perfect example of this today in a shop window in Belgium, in this case anti-semitism disguised as anti-zionism

In French it reads no Zionists allowed
In Turkish it reads no Jews allowed

No doubt immigrants, happy to share their true colors with their Turkish clientel

At least 15 people have been killed and more than 200 injured when a UN-run school used as a shelter in Gaza was shelled, the Gaza health ministry says. It is the fourth time that a UN school has been hit in Israel's latest offensive - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-28468526.

I am sure that the war criminal Netanyahu & Regev will have a plausible explanation that will satisfy Cameron & Obama.
