The Last Of Us

depends on how you play and what setting, play on grounded and you gonna play it 20 hours+ minimum....play on easy and run through it...say 10 hours.....
i like to enjoy game, taking it slowly...so i'm gonna play hard or survivor from start.

20+ hours is awesome. That's what I was looking for. I play games slow too. Hope it lasts me a week fews at least?

ive seen enough lets plays of it back when i never thought id own a playstation to totally ruin the plot, but im still so excited to finally play this.

Ill take the advice of others and play it on a harder setting without the assists to make it a true experience :)

Can't wait for this game! Was out drinking last night with a few friends, all xbox guys, and every single last one of them have pre-ordered the PS4 - TLoU bundle. The hype for this game is real!

I'm going for the hardest difficulty on this along with no listening mode.
I'm already dreading a certain area.

I'm going for easiest. I remember there were a couple of sections that REALLY annoyed me when I played it on the PS3.
The sections were the ones where you were stuck in a room and it threw loads of enemies at you. Didn't work well because the controls and game were really set up for you to be stealthy and use cover for combat.

Quick question, difference between day 1 edition last of us and remastered?

both remastered its just that the day one has extra content

Day 1 Edition also includes the Exclusive Survival Pack containing:

Increased Crafting Speed
Increased Healing Speed
9mm Reload Speed Upgrade
Rifle Clip Capacity
Two Skins fro Joel and Ellie
Bonus XP for Multiplayer

I'm going for easiest.
Struggling with the controls in the heat of frantic combat was a challenge for me, so I took my playthrough very slowly and cautiously on the easiest setting. It took me over 22 hours, and I loved every minute!

Well, every minute once the main story got going.

I tried upping the difficulty on my second playthrough but soon found it frustrating, because I'm mainly a mouse & keyboard/PC gamer. However there is a definite tension added to the gameplay by fumbling around for the right sequence in the heat of battle. I'd probably have enjoyed it less if given a mouse and keyboard version.

i did ps3 on hard with listening mode off, took about 18hrs which was great! died a lot through

if i get remastered ill go normal or easy but still have listen mode off, as that really added to the game imo
