Ive had my Grants Custard steeping for a week and my my it does taste so much better!

Right I've had enough. I'm going back to real ciggies because I just can't get on with this. Trying to replace a kanger protank 3 mini coil is just impossible. I've tried different liquids, tried different tanks, atomizers, mods and I still have an incredibly bad throat.

I'm so frustrated right now.

How the **** do you replace these things.

Just had a real fag. Can't be doing with it. Anybody want an MVP 2 on the cheap?

I seriously need some help with this. I have a baby due in 6 weeks and I need to no be smoking by then. I have all the gear, just no idea.

Oh dear. Calm down, have another smoke, and let us know what the problem is.

What do you mean can't change the coils? Can you not unscrew it? Screw in a new one? What's the actual problem.

Well I took the old coil out, and the new coil has some sort of attachment on it that won't come off, that isn't on the old one. Well I forced that thing off, and attached the long thing back onto the new one. Wow this is incredibly hard to explain!!!!!!!

Basically I replaced it. and now it just wont work. Don't really know how to show you or explain....... Sorry for getting my hair off, just spent quite a bit of money on this and for it to be either not working or killing my throat is really frustrating.
 
Okay, can you post pictures? A picture says a thousand words and all that. It might help us understand your issue, and can, hopefully, advise.

Don't give up yet. You have all the right gear, so it's probably just a little thing you are missing here. It may be different coil heads? Or something else relatively simple. And a small adjustment to how you vape could help with the throat hit.

A picture of the old head and the new one side by side might help.
 
I think i know what he means and if he's pulled off the long thing from the new one then basically he's ruined that atomiser. The PT3 Atties with the tank come with no centre pin but when you replace them most come with the centre pin which im presuming he's pulled out and ruined the atty.

Just pop along to your local vape store and ask for a bit of help. A new atty should only cost a couple of pounds. Take your gear with you and someone will sort you out.

So, I want to build a nice SX350 box that isn't in a Hammond Box. I want a single 18650 battery and 3 switches with 1 being a Vandal Switch. I have no idea what box to look for as I don't want a Hana style either. I'd love a box like the VTR really. So, what would you suggest? And what would I need to purchase?

I'd love some bud but 12mg is too high for me and wouldn't want to start cutting it and messing up the flavour.

Will hold off until I can grab some 6/8mgh. Thanks for the offer though.
 
The new one is on the right. That little pin won't budge to replace it with the large pin from the old one. If I even have to replace it? I have no idea, and there are no vids on youtube on how to do it.

Edit: I was wrong the first coil is a protank 1 or 2 coil(hard to tell as they look around the same) the second is a protank 3 coil. They are not interchangeable it turns out.

You were right the first time, I think the one on the right is a newer version. It seems to fit without that long bit, just doesn't seem right? I've had a vape off it and it seems to be working ok? Ahh well guess it was a lot of fuss over nothing sorry chaps!

Still really frustrated over the throat pain though. I've tried all different strength juices, pg/vg and just vg and nothing seems to be working.

Guess I'm just impatient and I want things to work and be ok straight away.

What's the ohms of your coil? (press both buttons at once). You might be running too many volts and burning your wick.
