Xbox one is on gumtree.

PS4 will get ordered tomorrow. How much is the last of us? Cheapest place? Do I need to buy a subscription to go online?
 
We'll that as got to be the quickest sale in history. Put ad on and before I even closed the tab I had a message.

Sold the xbox already, fetching it tomorrow afternoon lol.

Last of us is around £30-35 most places, no idea on cheapest place currently though. You do indeed need a subscription it's PS+ costs around £30-35 for the year and get free games every month on top which you can use while you are still subbing.

I was going to say, keep the X1 if you can, but you've sold it now.. Only reason is that Forza Horizon 2 on the 360 is not going to use the same engine and be less feature rich as the X1 version.

Also the X1 has Sunset overdrive and tomb raider (timed for undisclosed duration) but the loss on the X1 I would have thought would have out weighed the cost of re-purchase if you don't get on with the Ps4..

But, I think TBH the Ps4 is a much better package. Its down to opinion but I've used an X1 as my mate has one, the dashboard is as you say, cluttered and a bit of confusing mess (if this is what you mean) whereas the Ps4 is really simple. My nearly 3 year old daughter can use the Ps4 its that simple.

The X1 controller is nice, but the Ds4 apart from the thumb sticks is just a much nice controller IMO.

As for the games PS4 has really impressed me in this regard. Its been a lot of fun for me, I use mine pretty much only for games, sure it has netflix and BBC iplayer etc.. But I do love the smooth gameplay it provides..

I think you'll be happy with your choice. And there are some big updates to the OS up and coming, and PSN store is so much improved over Ps3 etc is untrue..

simplygames has reconditioned PS4 for £269 BTW and have been recommended.

Last of us is around £35 if you shop around, look on MM in here as well some copies floating about for sale.. Epic game as well.

Is the PS4 nice and simple? No stupid over complicated templates all over the screen? Netflix on there?

People with big hands, how do you find the controls after a hour or 2 of game play? My hands are buggered and the DS3 pad use to cripple them after a hours gameplay.

PS4 is nice and simple, it's slick, smooth and the complete opposite to the ugly clunk XB1 UI.

I have hands the size of shovels and the DS4 is fine, it could have been a little bigger but it doesn't bother me at all. I hated the DS3 by the way so this shows how good the DS4 is.

As for the XB1, I would say sell it if you don't use it or can't see yourself using it in the foreseeable future.

Edit - You've sold it then, that was quick :)

It was quick but it isn't 100% now, he's debating if to have it over £10. Because he has to come from Derby and doesn't drive, told him ill deliver to him for £320.

Could just keep the Xbox, sell it near Christmas hoping they don't go down in price again.

Already ordered the PS4 with 3 months PS+.

Now if to tell the mrs now or to just wait untill it as been delivered....

You sure you don't want to keep it until you've assessed your satisfication of the PS4? From what you've said on the FIFA thread its the only game you play on the XO so perhaps you just haven't giving it a fair appraisal?

Especially as you know it has a game you wanted to play - FH2

i don't think the PS4 got a game coming out like FH2, i could be wrong.

We need TDU3 on the console :)
