I've switched client over to US and it's patched to 2.1 but when i tried to come back onto normall one it wanted to patch again so i am pre-patched for tomorrow but cant play now which i dont mind lol

OMG finally. Feels like I've been waiting forever for this patch. Will be starting a hardcore seasonal monk on friday.

For peopel waiting ona spot in teh clan i imagine Overkill will do another roster clean up at some stage to see whos active etc.

A lot of people were inactive (myself included) waiting on the patch so i imagine the next few days will be a good indication of whos keeping an eye on the game and knows the patch is out.

Im sure there will be a good few spaces free up.

BTW changing your region in bnet launcher to us and launching the game will preload the patch content for you. Just dont launch the game when you switch back to EU or it will roll back.

patch is around 250mb I think, well it looked like that is what it downloaded.

Blue post said about 300meg patch size,but the install may take a bit as it changes a fair few things.

so is there point of playing season if when season ends your char becomes normal one , and you have to create new season char again

and how long season lasts ?

Season has unique achievements and season-only items that aren't available in non-seasonal play until the season after it.

Plus the enjoyment of starting again with nothing.

I'll probably try seasons but I'm really not bothered by it as the leaders will be those who play 20 hours a day, achievements don't bother me either. I'll happily wait for the new legendaries after the seasons end.
