*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Could you not copy the design or find one you like and get it printed on vinyl and stick it on yourself?

I think the fact they showed them off without being attached to consoles suggests that they'll be sold on their own. Whether they make it outside of Japan is another story entirely however.

I heard this too, always been tempted by minecraft but whats the draw for a new player as a solo experiance?

Is there an aim other than building stuff, are there bosses and goals etc

Thanks :)

I played the pc demo yeaaars ago

No real goals at all.

you can visit the nether when you build a portal and see how you go on, and then you can also visit the end if you want to take on the Ender Dragon.

Other than that there is no real goal other than to explore, farm resources and make your world a little more comfortable.

I cannot wait to buy it.

:)

I'd managed to resist the urge to pick up a PS4 as there were very few games that I really wanted but this looks pretty awesome.

Even that sounds intreging! Would you say the game is worth it to play solo or is it only fun online?

Id play both but mostly solo usually! Wonder how much it will cost, may impulse buy the **** out of it!!

Silly question (again).

I am thinking of getting PS4 Destiny bundle with Last of US, and since I am not a big fan of FPS on consoles, I am thinking of selling Destiny to get some money back.

The question is, is the game that normally comes with bundles the same as stand alone games or is there some kind of EU printing on them that says "Not Sold Separately" ?

Noticed no one is ever online on the PS4. Turn xbox one on and there are loads online, have about the same amount of friends on each too.

I am really liking the pad now aswell, no hand ache's or cramps after 7 hours of game play (last of us). Though the joy sticks can get a bit slippery, hands ain't sweaty either...

Snap! I own both and prefer the ps4, but virtually everyone I know is active on live. Are you getting Destiny? What's your gamertag?

The x1 is a media portal for many, mate has an x1 and he never games on it, just uses it for media and tv snapping.. he uses his ps4 for gaming...

Could explain the higher numbers online with live as opposed to psn.

CEX will buy it off you I just bought Killzone from there with a 'not to be sold separately' sticker on it. If you do it straight away you'll get a decent price for it I should think (assuming it's a boxed copy).
