Looks like the Z3c red is the phone to get. I really do wish that Sony make good on their battery life statement.
Ugh, 16gb only with no apps2sd option.
Sigh.....
You'll be able to do it through the system settings surely? Just like any other android phone.
Sure not every App is "moveable" but some of them certainly are.
You haven't been able to move apps for years now. 16gb is not enough by a long way even with a sd slot.
I've been able to move certain apps on my HTC One M8 since I got it in the settings menu. Not every app moves but some of them certainly do, it moves the majority of the data to SD card leaving a few MB on phone storage, better than nothing.
I've got Sky Go extra and each downloaded film is a couple of gig, the GTAs are a couple of gig, Gameloft stuff is a gig+ none can be moved.
I don't understand why they think 12gb of useable storage is anywhere near enough.
Agreed. 16gb is an absolute joke. Why can't Sony just release a properly decent phone instead of crippling each one in some way? I was actually pretty hyped about this today as it aftually ticked all the boxes for me and now see its 16gb. My Note 3 has 32gb (with 3,5 gb free space now!) and that's a year old!!
So close Sony... So close.
it's good that they didn't bother with 1440p screen! it is 100% pointless
Damn, I was hoping the compact would be nearer £300![]()
Just not possible considering the tech inside the thing...I actually don't mind the initial price at all. While I have a pre order in I'll be interested to see what kind of prices contracts settle around.
Exactly and because they skipped the z2 compact its a nice jump over the first one.
Gona wait and see how the payg prices pan out, hopefully under £400.

Maybe not, I just want a Nexus 5 type of phone with a better camera and battery, for around £300.
Nexus 6 it is then
Google are the only ones who can afford to price that aggressively unfortunately. Sony's price is probably about right for what they've packed in...Google would make a loss and sell it for £299 or something![]()
