Hey guys, anyone know where to buy hangsen RY4 cheap? I buy it from eliquid world but its 12 pound for 40ml which is quite expensive, I vape around 10ML per day.

Thanks

Oh also hello! this is my first post in this thread, I vape using a Protank 2 Mini with my own made coils at 1.8ohms on a Itaste VW @ 10W :) and I vape 6mg nicotine liquid and haven't touched a cigarette in 12 months

Fair play, but 1.5 ohm is very high. I mean all it takes is a slight variation from the pre-built 1.6 ohm coils and it may not fire a pre-built.

I find my tanks to work best between 1 - 1.3 ohm resistance. I get a lovely vape at that resistance, around 12-15 watts.

I think it's probably a typo though. It's more likely to be a 0.5 ohm limit rather than 1.5 ohm, like the DNA stuff.

1.5 ohm and above? That is pretty awful nowadays surely? Should have been 0.7 ohm or similar...

I read it as down to 0.3 Ohm (as did everyone on UKV lol). the previous versions were down to 1.2, surely they cant have gone up!?

I thought the 1.5 bit was that it works best with attys of 1.5. Chinglish and all that.... if thats not right then yeah its ****. :D

Seems the same thing is being asked on the FT forums too : http://www.fasttech.com/forums/1848801/t/1385543/low-load-prtection-0-3-ohm

1.5ohm is pretty high as a lower limit if that's right, but 20w is 20w though. You only need to go low ohms with mechanicals because that's how you regulate it, with a regulated mod you use the chip.

I use a Cana currently and only my dual coils are sub ohm, because otherwise they're massive, usually they're anywhere between 1.2 and 2ohm.

Nope, sounds like yours is bust. On the other hand though, the Aerotank and Aerotank mini always leak out of the drip tip when they're being filled.

Maybe, but i have heard of other people with the same problem

They are all pants IMO. Just good enough for you to make your mind up wheather vaping is for you, then you can move to the proper stuff :)

Bloody post office. Won't let me return a spinner 2 as it's had e juice attached to it??!! WTF? I tried explaining but they won't have it. How did I receive said battery and several others I argued? That's their business they said.......The same business im trying to use now I told them but to no avail

Sounds like they've got a few screws loose. I wasn't aware there were any restrictions on sending e-cigarette devices or juice as I've received dozens of parcels with no problems.

I'd take it to another post office and if you have to declare what's in it just say it's a battery and don't mention e-cigs.

What is your budget?

To be honest i woundn't bother buying something cheap, they're just not worth the effort tbh.

I would recommend this tank http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Products/KN-AERO-V2

And this mod http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epages/yxve46fvrnud.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Products/ASP-BATT-VV/SubProducts/ASP-BATT-VV-

You get get a cheaper mod, but i would definitley get the Aerotank :)

My budget is a lot if it's gonna work, I chuck like 40-50 quid a week or something ludicrous up the wall on fags so I don't mind investing in something that will help me off them.

The issue is, and I know I sound like an idiot, I don't know what any of that stuff you linked does.

Everyone is always like "oh you should get one of these annihilator gizmos plus this tank, this battery and this juice". What does any of that do?

Those 2 products you linked, if I bought both of those right now, is that all I need or what?

I steer clear of the threads on this forum about RAM and graphics cards and all that malarkey but this thread reads exactly like those, a bunch of people debating stuff I have no idea about.

I do appreciate the help though.

You would need some juice and also a charger, plus some replacement coils for the aerotank (which can last between 1 to 2 weeks depending on how much you will vape)

Cheers all

Okay, so you have a decent enough budget to work with. How decent is that then?

As far as atomiserz go (the tank that holds the liquid), you can do a LOT worse than the Kayfun Light Plus : http://www.cloud9vaping.co.uk/epage.../Shops/yxve46fvrnud/Products/SM-KF-LITE-PLUS2

This is a rebuildable device, which will be more complicated to get to grips with, but, in my experience, SUBSTANTIALLY better in operation. Certainly than the Aerotank linked to above. On the other hand, if you are wanting an easier atomizer to get on with initially, then the Nautilus Mini is the one to go for : http://myepack.co.uk/clearomizers/aspire-nautilus-mini.html

What these devices are, are basically juice tanks with a coil of wire and some wicking material in them. When a voltage is applied over the coil, it heat up, and vapourises the eliquid that is held in the wicking material. This material is, more often than not, cotton or silica. And, again more often than not, is fed through the coil, or in the case of the Nautilus Mini, wrapped around the outside.

The first device I linked is rebuildable, meaning you make the coil, and feed the wick. Meaning YOU control the quality of the vape. Which, in my opinion, is a much more effective proposition. The second is generally regarded as the best pre-built device on the market. But you have to buy the coils regularly to keep it operating good. Both devices will need rebuilt every 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the build.

In order to apply the voltage to the coil though, you need a battery device. The Aspire linked above is a great device, I don't doubt it, for a beginner. But if you want proper control, a more substantial device is often recommended. Now, with a bigger budget, I would plump straight for a REAL DNA or SX350 device. but these are more often than not, built by modders. So you generally get them custom built. And will come in at £130+. Or you could look for a Dicodes Dani, Provari 3, or Svoemesto SM V3 Semovar or similar for a high quality device.

Otherwise, the likes of a Vamo / SVD / MVP are other good regulated battery devices, that are cheaper. Regulated meaning YOU have control over the Voltage / Wattage applied to the coil.

Despite me vaping for the best part of two-ish years, I still have no idea what half of this stuff does :p Personally, I bought an MVP 2.0 battery/mod, and a Kanger Protank 3 Mini (the bit that holds the juice and the coils). All I needed to buy then was some e-liquid I liked the sound/taste of, and some spare coils which are about £1.50 and last about a week or two.

The MVP 2.0 is great, it's got a battery that lasts ages, and it doubles up to charge my phone as a battery bank when needed. I've had it over a week now and it's not once gone flat on me (charged overnight-every other night).

The whole lot should set you back about £50 including juice and coils I would have thought.

+1 to that. :)

I think few people, especially starting out, will need more than a Vamo v5 (or an iTaste MVP), a few batteries and a Nautilus Mini with a couple of packs of heads. Bang on kit for not much outlay.

Only problem with the Vamo is how damn easy it is to knock the thing over.
