both very conservative figures as its hard to assess people who dont want to be assessed.

substance abuse being the cause of up to 68% of cases of homlessness too in some cities.

again old and conservative figures.

with over 50% of those applying for housing having criminal records.

They are part of the problem. If you don't have the ability to connect dots and see cascading effects then stick to simple discussions otherwise you'll just make yourself Foolish.

So other than their own costs for staff and website the 5% is clear profit for JG

And I don't believe with the volume of transactions they are putting through their merchant will be taking 1.3% hell we get 1.9% and we only put through a half dozen a day

People have to get paid for the work they do.
