FIFA 15

I wonder if they'll be making a new FUT app for tablets, the current one on the iPad is just the iPhone one but stretched to fit the iPad screen, looks like absolute ass.

Just a quick question. If I buy FIFA for Xbox One and for the PC, do I share the same Ultimate Team across both?

I'm not that clued up on FIFA guys so can someone help me. My son wants to buy FIFA 15 but is telling me the Ultimate Team Edition is £50 where as last year you got that included free for normal game price of about £35. Why is there a change this year separating it?

Also, if I buy it on PS3 and he buys on XBOX 360 I take it we can NOT play each other online?

You will still get to play Ultimate Team - this edition gives u a pack a week for so many weeks...

If you are on different consoles you cannot play each other

Ultimate Edition gives you 24 packs free (One a week) as far as im aware where as the normal edition you dont get these packs.

Ultimate edition is 1 pack a week for 40 weeks, and i believe pre order the normal edition is 1 pack a week for 15 weeks.

I've decided to go normal edition from Gamestop in hope to get it a day early, Gamestop 85% of the time have delivered a day early.

Thanks for info ^.

I played the demo on XBOX 360 and PS3. Found it good...I mean...nothing ground breaking in my opinion. I don't think any year I have found a massive step up on the one before. Always subtle changes. But... to me it's the main game I play the most often over the course of a year so worthwhile upgrading just to get the latest players and teams up to date. It's a real cash cow for EA as they could bring all this via an update each year, but obviously will never do this as they want to make money. That's not a criticism, just reality.

I found the players in the demo quite a bit faster when sprinting. I also found you can't seem to just run into the ball/player to tackle quite as easily now. I think tackling is harder generally. I still find free kicks a bit....meh. Can't seem to hit them with pace. I know you can do power shots in a straight line, but the curling dipping shots always seem to be hit too slow. New skins and improved crowd stuff is cool. Didn't really notice much else to be honest, but then I haven't read up on what is new.

Why is this £55 on the xbox one but £60 on the ps4?!

Because the PS4 version is expected to sell more maybe? No idea pal, if it makes you feel any better I got it for £26 for PC :D - Do the supermarkets do <£30 deals on release day anymore?

edit: Just checked on shopto and it's the same price for Xbox and PS4.

Sorry I meant the digital version. I'd of thought they would have been the same price.

call me a noob but last time i played a fifa game these packs did not exist.

Are these for the multiplayer aspect of the game?

All i want is to be able to play leagues and tourneys against the AI, am i going to be expected to fork out on packs to progress?
