It looks nice from the video
The map builder looks pretty good, it looks like a more advanced version of the old duke nukem 3d map builder where you werere in the map while making it
I like the concept art, the whole gothic theme is really cool, looks very similar to quake and original unreal style
Watching them jump around the map on the video looks like quake3, even the weapons look similar to quake3
Who are the devs & what have they worked on before?

The only things that look new/authentic/different from quake3 are: the wh40k tau looking skin, the artwork, the map editor
edit: Just looked on the kickstarter comments and find it interesting the author skipped over technical points of a question asked
no mention of OpenGL/Directx or if it will have Linux support

seems like they have a huge amount of work to do as there are only 3 of them and it seems 1 is artwork, 1 is developer and 1 is designer
Also seems strange there is no trace of them on the internet or info on the other engines the programmer has written over the 10 years of his experience
edit2:
I found the developer with 10 years experience (
on reddit talking about the game)
It's nothing to do with writing game engines across different platforms.
He is apparently a developer from CPMA (the quake3 MOD with fullbright skins)
Didn't CPMA come out as a fork from
OSP?
