Just out of curiosity what is your time played?
 
Does anyone know if there is any point upgrading the "damage" property on weapons if you are max level? From what I've read the attack stat only affects enemies who are higher level than you and since my warlock is 28 it seems a pointless waste of shards.

Just soloed the nightfall strike, no idea why there is no matchmaking for it. Received a legendary shotgun as a reward, useless in any of the harder settings. Was hoping for an auto or pulse rifle :(
 
So, just finished queen mission number 3, got two legendaries, one sniper and another of the helm i already have. Only managed to keep the helm though as the special weapon slot was full so its disappeared. :(
 
Had a bit of luck in the crucible today, doing a win three rounds bounty, on the last one I received the exotic sniper rifle Patience & Time. Really nice sniper rifle!

Yeah you can, me and friend got lucky today and got the first level on earth, took about 5 minutes to finish. If you get a massive one, just return to orbit and go in again.

How did you solo this? Me and two others tried to do the normal weekly on the highest level for maximum rewards, we got to the nexus thing and then just hit a wall, dread to think what it's like on the nightfall modifier! Still haven't done one!

Don't jump down when you get to the nexus, snipe the four or five minotaurs in the room and the boss will spawn. You can then shoot the boss from above and not worry about his shield since you are above it.

The only problem is a minotaur will spawn in the tunnel behind you every 20-25 seconds or so make sure and turn around and kill him and then get back to the boss.

Make sure you have solar weapons since they will do 3 times the damage. I was getting headshots for 17000 which was insane. You may also need some ammo packs since I had the regen ammo sniper rifle. Should be pretty straightforward with 3 folk.

Also, be patient and don't rush in since if you wipe it is back to the start in nightfall.

Do you prefer PvE or PvP?
If you prefer PvE, stick with Vanguard faction.
The special factions only sell gear you can buy with crucible marks.
 
27? - I only just managed 24 last night lol!

Got trolled bigtime last night - Got 4 purples (after mucho stress)
1 for completing Queens strike - Got my first purple armour (queens guard helmet) - Thanks to Razerlink ;)
2+3 picked up farming (woot woot) - trolled into a blue and mote of light! wtf
4 - Given by the messaging dude after decrypting tons of stuff - Got a purple warlock helmet - yeah really useful when I'm a hunter!!

Anyone spotted the people farming the cave on earth the one next to the alien ship?
There were two at it last night getting annoyed with me doing patrol missions nearby.

I get loads of level 20 items, but haven't seen a new primary weapon for about 10 hours, with plenty of crucible and strikes. I'm constantly getting legendary heavy weapon engrams though. I know its supposed to be random, but it actually feels like the odds are deliberately tipped against you depending what you need.
 
Every queen mission is the same for me, does this definitely change if you come out and restart it?

aha! may have an answer for you there mate.

I tried to get on Earth like 10 times on a row and it didn't let me. I noticed that it seemed to favour venus everytime (a couple of time mars) as I had just come off venus (look at the background planet your ship is orbiting).

So just to test, I went to Earth patrol, dropped out so I had Earth in the background. As soon as I selected queens strike - boom! - Got the Earth strike straight away :)

That's what we tried but the Minotaur was taking a kicking each time, and I think Frodders timed the spawn of it at about 13 seconds.

I haven't got any solar weapons, will start looking out for them!

The one I got was active camo while aiming and radar stays active.
