Heating on in August!!

Gonna get a lot cooler by the weekend here, 17c/7c and sunday 14c/10c probably just close the windows and put a hoody on and no heating ;)

heating? Bugger that, get more clothes on.

Mind you i can sit on my sofa in just my boxers sweating my **** off, where as mrs is sat there we coats on, a blanket over her freezing her **** off. She's rate nesh....

Not sure about the rest of the house as I haven't got sensors setup but average of 22c in the bedroom and 18c outside definitely not cold.

It is getting a little chilly in the mornings on the way to work but am still in a tshirt and shorts under my motorbike gear. Will have to drop to around 0 before I break out the thermals.

Misses is sensible and just whacks some thick trousers and a jumper on when it gets cold. Although it is quite nice sat infront of a fire with a glass of wine and a film :)

Chilly over night and in the mornings up here. Still nice and warm during the day. Had the heating on for the first time ever in this house on Sunday. Only needed an hour and it was toasty warm!

How did a thread about august pop back up in October? and I never needed the heating on at all back in august as it was hot all month! I am still a bit warm now, no jumper needed in the house not had to reach for the coat yet when going out..

We had some on in August, one or two nights for an hour, and then a Saturday morning some day it was nippy to begin with and we were up from 6am, none in September. We'll see how October goes.

well according to my little digital temp gauge its 10C outside my window. so still tshirt weather here on the edge of the pennines.

Brighton, don't have a thermometer but weather forecast said 22 degrees. Let put it this way I havn't put the shorts away yet, broke out the trousers a couple times in august but other than that they've been gathering dust :P
