Just thought I would share a tale of my travels today....

So I live in the Durham area and I visited 2 local vape shops this afternoon that were worlds apart. I always like to support B and M whenever possible (price permitting) plus its nice to go and have a vape with like minded people. The first shop was a little place in Bishop Auckland with the owner and a young sales assistant there helping out. The selection wasnt brilliant but they make their own juices and have everything set out to try with antiseptic wipes next to all the samples as they should be. Owner was super friendly and they have couches to sit down and build and vape and also a gourmet coffee section. The owner said to call in anytime even if just for a chat and sample new juices/show off new builds and I left feeling very pleased I had visited.

I then went to Darlington to the second shop.....

Oh dear, an Innokin VTR was £169.99 lol. They had loads of juices all in sample clearomizers but no antiseptic wipes and when I asked if they had any she acted like I had spat in her face! "They are perfectly fine as they are" she said "do you test at the door for illness/hygene?" was my reply. Overhearing her talking to an old man she kind of knew her stuff but had no small talk and as all the samples are lined up on the front counter, her standing watching you look at them in silence made for an uncomfortable look around. Out of principle I wont be going back anyways.

So I just wanted to tell people of my contrasting visits to vape shops today and anyone who lioves in the north east should pop into the bishop shop called Vapery

Hi guys,

I'm using the Vamo V3 at the moment.

Bit tired of it now as the battery doesn't screw on to the middle part so it keeps getting loose - I have to literally hold the bottom part in whilst vaping (seems a silly design flae to me) I've also gone through 4 tanks in the space of 4 months.

Can anyone recommend me a full upgrade? Prefer something that uses my existing 18350/18650 batteries but that's not a deal breaker.

I've had a look over the forums for such stuff but I find the choice a bit overwhelming and I don't fancy having to wick one up myself.

I've just had delivered the Sigelei 30w which I've found great so far and would be a good upgrade on the Vamo. I bought it from myepack for £60.

As far as a tank goes have you tried a Nautilus? Both the original and mini are really good (if you go for the larger model it's worth getting the BVC coils).

So far I've found the Nautilus works great up to around 20w, so having 30w leaves a bit of future head room. I didn't see the point of going for one of the 50w plus devices as, like you, I can't be bothered with wicking a device myself.

That looks nice. What's the lower resistance limit on these? And battery life?
Battery is 2200 mah, 1 - 3 Ohm's.

I'd be very tempted to say an Eleaf iStick and a Nautilus Mini. A cracking combo. :)

Heres a vid on the iStick

Thanks for the reply. I believe I was using the iclear 30 but will check out the Nautilus.

Sigelei looks ok too, you have had any problem with the fancy circuitry? Appears you need to tilt it to adjust wattage.

After nearly 25 years of smoking thought i would invest in a kit to get me off the old smokes, i picked up a Kangertech Kanger Emow which is nice and so far i have been smoke free for 5 days and counting.

Just ordered some USA Mix & Cappuccino (16mg) from VapeLand to see what that is like, as finding the e-liquid varies depending where you buy it from (being new to this), there is VG or PG Based liquids, or mixed (80/20), i guess it differs on personal taste and something you can only try and test yourself to find the best mix/match that works for you ?

Tbh its really easy to use.

The tilt thing put me off as well but it's fine and works well.

I like 50/50 mix so its still tasty but still cloudy also. You may find(as did I) that the earlier juices you buy just dont cut it. I bought a lot of juices from lesser companies that I cant bare to vape now so I only really buy from digbys, mrs lords, northern vapers, vapemunki and a few from chefs vapour

went on my first night out with the vape.

was awesome not having to stand outside in a crowded stinky smoking area. and i dont smell like a soggy ashtray.

long live the vape. think im going to go into the world of mods for my christmas present

Thanks for the reply buddy, just ordered some 50/50 from "Wicked eLiquid" to see if that's more what i am looking for, they had an offer on £19.99 for a pack of 6 different tobacco flavors, all their liquid is 50vg/50pg so thought i would give that a try to see what its like, thanks again :)

Day 9 now of no cigarettes at all  Very pleased! I'm on my 3rd 10ml bottle of liquid. I feel like I've turned into a vaping demon. I perpetually smell of menthol.

Ordered straight from the US :P

Namber Juice - Epiclouds - Cartomator crush <3.
This is one of the juices made by Grimmgreens lil bunch of juice makers.

I went to order a zamplebox $25 per month subscription but when i put UK it added $20 delivery, so £28 or so total, than i saw drippa which was £30 for 5x10ml... Doesn't seem worth it over just ordering various ones myself.

Anyone can show me the way to any rank list or top 50 etc, which are voted on by a lot of people? I'd like to start working my way through the list.

Quick question- when a juice is described as a tank cracker what happens? Does it shatter or just spider crack and still hold the juice inside? I have some spider venom I want to put in my kayfun and I cant find the metal section to replace the polycarb bit
