Cerberus is pointless if you dont email admin controls.

He can just delete it from the app tray and all the fun stops.

Best of luck getting it back, but unless the fellow has a really guilty conscience I think you might be out of luck unless you can jump on a plane to Spain with some sort of proof of ownership (even then it's going to be tricky).

I'm voting for using the app for messing with the phone until he's so convinced it's haunted he's willing to post it back!
