Anyone getting the zebra error code repeatedly and no not even able to get past an everlasting signing in screen before?

ps3ud0

Well the online battleground thing aint fun. Ran up to someone who was idle, popped about 2 clips into him and he then just looked at me and blew me away in 1 shot.

Guessing there is no point doing these until your level 25+?

I did my first crucible last night at level 20. Won all 5 matches I played and was pretty close to the top of the scoreboard in most of them.

A big part is knowing that people can do that to you, a special move will take you out in one shot, shotguns will also take you out in one shot if done well, even a punch can do some serious damage.

It was by far the most fun I've had yet on my ps4, I recommend sticking it out a bit longer.

Nah all your stats are levelled. Other than weapon abilities and class abilities. You just have to get used to it, some nights I'm very poor and others leading my team or server for match after match. It's a strange one lol. I only tend to play control

(Iron banner is different again, but not there atm)

I tried my legendary New Monarchy scout rifle earlier as it's been buffed. Still can't stand using it. Much prefer my hand cannon.

Talking of hand cannons, The Devil You Know from the Vangaurd comes with the "send it" upgrade which gives it as much effective range as a scout rifle with more impact damage.
It also comes with a 12 round clip and a decent rate of fire its a monster.

Got lucky and got a Raid Chest Armour on the raid last night, as much as it's awesome, the perk isn't as good as my queen's (Pulse and Fusion Rifle ammo), it's got Scout and Secondary Ammo instead (I only use Fusion Rifle and Ice Breaker).

Forced me to start using my FWC's Scout and actually, I quite like it. It's like a more accurate medium to long ranged primary.

Now to levela dn farm materials all over again.

Thanks to Hutchy and the other chap (sorry I forgot your ID :() for the playthrough on the weekly heroic. I got a nice legendary shotgun out of it and some more strange coins.

Also managed to blast through a couple of the Vanguard Tiger strikes on both Dust Palace and Nexus. Dust Palace was straight forward with two randoms (in a fireteam) but those damn Flayers (SP?!) at the end took endless amounts of bullets to take down. In the end I think all three of us were just meleeing the last one.

Nexus took three attempts in the end. The first attempt someone left the game leaving two us over run by Goblins, whilst the second attempt was a complete failure when I got stuck against a wall by three/four Minotaurs trying to revive a team mate (it was one of those runs where nothing goes right at all).

Everything came together on the third attempt and we nailed it after a few minutes of constantly firing at the boss. My Sunsinger grenade spamming ability came into its own with the Goblin spawns.

Out of the two I found Nexus harder as one player going down can quickly cause you to get over run.

Now I just need to grind more materials to get my armours light up so I can get to level 26 (maybe 27 with the right balance and a new helmet). Hopfully I will have enough strange coins by the time Xur returns this weekend.

On a secondary note I didn't really notice much difference with my Auto rifle following the patch. I tend to burst fire though so perhaps it is more my play style. I like the Scout rifles but find in a pinch the AR is still my preferred choice. Hand cannon for patrol though of course! I just need better versions of each now (only have rare primaries).

Gonna ask a stupid question; how do you check yoir vanguard level?

Go up to one of the merchants that sells stuff using vanguard marks (e.g. your class vanguard person who you had to speak to at the start of the game). Has a big circle on the left showing your level and how far until the next one etc.

I really cannot understand why they nerfed the guns in pve

I don't understand why they don't just ban Exotics from Crucible... They are pretty much the root cause of most the problems.

Equipped my Pocket Infinity for the Raid last night. Atheons Epilogue to shred Praetorian shields, Pocket Infinity to unleash hell with 8 shots and kill them before they kill me. Except now they've replaced the clip size mod with a reload speed mod (I can only assume for PvP balance). The default clip size of 3 is utterly useless in PvE with a fully automatic Fusion Rifle and the reload speed mod doesn't make a noticeable difference to the already slow reload speed...

Pocket Infinity is now utterly useless in PvE and not worth the exotic weapon slot.

Can't help but think Handcannons feel underpowered now with the Scout Rifle buffs. Thorn (admittedly already considered to be underpowered), fully upgraded, does approximately 1500 damage with criticals to Goblins in the raid. This Legendary Scout Rifle I have with only 1/2 of the damage mods does around 850 with 2.5x the clip size, barely any recoil and a faster reload speed (and isn't Exotic).

What they need to do is keep a PvE stat and PvP stat like what Old Republic have.

Keep both sides happy without the whine from either one when gets leveled for whatever moaning reason people have.

I got 10 Ascendent Energy from this weeks Nightfall, which is fine with me. Probably would've preferred Shards but now I can max out Ice Breaker and save the rest for the next exotic I feel like maxing out.

You did save us from squad wiping more than once Davey, so thanks for that. A note to self : on the last part don't stay in the entrance unless you actually want to be a captain magnet.....otherwise you have to keep waiting for Davey to save the day...again.

Yep, nightfall was so much easier with the three of us. Mistakes are not quite so .... final.

I did enjoy reviving you in the middle of three captains then trying not to die!

I got an exotic titan chest too, and i'm a titan so all good right ?

Nope, its the one I've already got :(

What class and level are you?

soloing the nightfall is all about using the burn damage of the week ,and finding spots to stay out of trouble.

This week is void burn, so bring every piece of weaponry you have that has void damage as they will do 4 x damage in this weeks nightfall.

And your Ice Breaker. Because Shanks.

(seriously those shields take a ridiculous amount of punishment even from Void damage!)
