Nexus 9

Speakers are good and illustrate how much better tablet sound can be, very little stuttering if at all, def some light bleed, small totally not an issue flex on rear.Really like the size and 4:3 format.

If I put it face down and push middle of the back, where the nexus wording is, then yes I can flex it . but while actually using it, can't say I'm noticing it.

I am noticing more lag closing down an app and switching to another one, only around 1 second or so.

Mine has just arrived YAY, sure i can sneak a quick 10 mins play while at work.....

Packaging looks sweet.

This is much faster than last year's iPad mini retina (sold one to get this), lag not an issue at all for me so far, interesting to see how battery life goes.At present it's a keeper.

Question (and im sure its a silly one) my OH noticed that if I tilted the tablet then you see different colours like a film of oil in water (picture shows it)

I have given it a wipe and it still shows, should i be concerned?

More goodness, I've never had a wireless device stream audio and video from my NAS so well, astounded by how well it does this.

How have your wireless devices failed at streaming from your nas? All my wireless devices do this fine...

MBA + iPad
or
Nexus 9 + HTC One M8

Dilemma.

I was also contemplating this today, as I had a quick play with an iPad Air 2.

But then I reminded myself that I have done this before and sold the iPad on after a few months! iPad are good devices, but are just not for me.

Would be shocked if Google didn't quickly resolve any slight lag issues with a software update. Probably just Lollipop not fully optimised for 64-bit yet, don't imagine it will be a problem in the long run.

Did anyone see that the official US HTC online store was selling these for half-price ($199) for about an hour earlier today?

Would be an absolute steal if they did the same over here!

Mine ended up having noticeable light bleed in the top and right edges of the screen, especially when watching videos and on sites with dark backgrounds. It's going back. :(

They don't fail per se, but this seems to be much snappier and scrolls through large video files much better , browses NAS much faster, I guess its a combination of wireless performance and buffering performance, markedly so imo or I wouldn't have mentioned it.
