You must be about ten if you don't understand the visa system and how it is now.
But I will go the extra mile to help you out.

Arnis Zalkalns was a know murder and under EU law he could come here when he wanted to.
The old visa way he would not of been able to get in to the UK so Alice Gross and the others Arnis Zalkalns
has killed here would still be alive. GOT IT? Good. Every country outside the EU still has the VISA system in place for this very reason.

If ukip can stop that and make up for the poor / negligent job of EU nations then im all for it. The UK and US are claiming it to be unpatriotic and this is part of the rot we are seeing in society as billions are basically being stolen from uk citizens and companies are forcing lower working standards and wages.

So ukipers.. show me where farrage et all have vowed to reign in tax evading country destroying anti-nationalist mega corps and il sign up right now...

Perhaps, but you are using an emotionally laden argument to say all EU migration is bad.

Had Arnis lived in, say New York State and then moved to Illinois and committed the murder then the situation would be similar to what happened here. Free movement between member states of the USA. Free movement between member states of the European Union.

Also, Arnis had served his prison time. Now in this case, tragically, he struck again. However for ensconced prisoners across the EU the European Arrest arrant is working quit well.

not really. the blame lies in corporate sell-offs that put proper policing second to 3rd party security firms first in an attempt to save costs and get a nice blow back once they leave office..

ukip will encourage this not end this.
