What did you do to your bike today?

To me owning a bike is just a different way of getting about, I dont know what I am supposed to get from riding in a group of other people riding.

For me it's local knowledge, At the bike meets they are led by locals so you get to learn the best roads/routes around that area. Also I like the social side of the meets, It's nice chatting about bikes to people that are as interested as you are about them. :)

Bumping this through to the next page or it'll get lost & nobody will see it.

Looks great under the seat like that, Your reflector is in the same position as mine & it's just as pathetic :p Legal though

What do you think to these ? With batterys getting better & better I wonder if it's any good, Would be nice to have a bit of warmth around your chest & around the small of your back.
I stay pretty warm up to about an hour & a half to 2 hours then the cold can set in. Would be pretty cool to be able to switch the vest on after about an hours riding, What do ya reckon ?

Maybe I should just start a Thread, Gay or Not ??? :p

I'm well happy riding alone but it would be nice to have a mate come out for a spin every now & again.

On another note didn't mob mentality take over on one of the OcUK meets, I weren't there but I remember the vid of the bloke out braking himself & then tuther Dude pulling out without looking right & was nearly wiped out by a Clio. Anybody remember ?

Yep and what was one of just a few 'moments' from that meet :p

I ride 99% of the time alone, mates don't come out much on rides.
this year they have only been on 4-5 rides, where im out just about every sat n sun.

@Fireskull - Glad I wasn't there as I fall out with people that ride like that near me. :p

You'd have been OK, a couple of us hung back for the most part.

Most of my riding is sole and I don't mind that but it would be nice to have a few more meets to go to during the year. I do have a few friends with bikes but they never ride them and I've never been out with them.

To be honest, I find my Arrows on the Street a bit too loud for my ears without the baffles. I ride with plugs in most of the time, but it's nice to be able to do short trips without worrying about plugs and without deafening myself.

Sounds like someone needs to grow a pair :D

not today but last week I changed the rearsets on my cb1300 from Gilles to Moriwaki
from Japan

and overclocked my scooter for winter :D

You can't say you've overclocked your Scooter without telling us what you've done.

Got myself a case for my SatNav & a quick charge lead. I'm also going to start looking around for some new rubber as I have Angel ST's on there at the mo & although the tread is still good I reckon they've prob been on since new. I'm not sure what I'll go with yet but I know they will be super sticky & not touring tyres.
