All the games you want other than Forza will be on the PS4 and probably look better.

Depends how much you want Forza I suppose. If you don't like shooters Xbox probably isn't the way to go. MS stick to the mainstream and shooters is what they want.

He said better he didn't mention the res or frame rate. Personally if both these games have zero screen tear and better textures etc on one platform then to me doesn't matter the res it's a better version, but it's screen tear I hate.. mates got cod on his x1, and the campaign screen tears.. It's not huge, but it's there, horrid. Ps4 version which I played had zero tear in campaign. Much better imo.
 
Trade it and buy a PC! Not turned mine on since I built a rig. Was really annoyed falling for the hype and what not. Usually I'm pretty smart about purchases.

Hdmi cec is a basic feature that most modern equipment supports... Including the PS4.

Personally I always turn it off.

Personally I wouldn't touch the xbone with yours - Next Gen console not even capable of 1080p is a joke. Sure the PSN network is having teething problems due to workloads but its getting better and personally I've only ever suffered once with an outage, and it only lasted an hour - but from what I hear the xbone network isn't exactly flawless either.

Since GTA5 will run at 1080p so he's wrong in his assumption.

He didn't mention the res of those two games, and was being more general on 1080p then he maybe should have been as x1 can reach 1080p for some games.. so calm down, I think the highlights are highlighting enough anyhow.
 
Why does everything turn into a resolution war between xbox and playstation. Wonder how you lot got on during the days of commodore 64

2 reasons 1 is space
2nd is I haven't got the patience for pcs these days my gaming time is limited to mostly after kids go bed with my lad being autistic he demands a lot of attention

Do play kerbal now and again on the laptop tho
 
One benefit that I am appreciating with the PS4 is the install times, 30 seconds on average and im ready to play. X1 bloody takes for ever, literally!

Now you are qualify his statement on his behalf when he made a point that says games?

There might be a time when PS4 will release some 900p too if the developer choose to do so. What would you say then?

The point is the XB1 can do 1080p, his statement makes it out that the console cannot, period. Which is false.
