Thought I had read somewhere that the Samsung 850 EVO was coming out today (IE. 24th November)?

Nope, those are the 850 Pros. According to the rumours the 850 EVOs were due in Oct, then Nov, then Dec and now the Euro retailers are suggesting 2015... I wouldn't hold your breath for them especially as the Euro pricing for them suggests a big premium on the 840 EVOs.

O'well... if it's not till next year now....

Then I'll keep my fingers crossed that someone does a decent deal on "Black Friday" for the existing 840 EVO's then. As I'm looking to get a bigger drive (512GB, or maybe 1TB).
