Help spec me a £2,500 gaming rig please

Hi guys, my brother is looking at building a new PC, he needs everything apart from the Windows disk/key as he has that from his old build.

He will not be overclocking so really want the best out of the box experience, it has to include the ROG Swift in the price and ideally intel.
