I received a new format of a letter this past week. It had a countdown on it. It said i had till the 10th december and then what looked like a calendar with the date 10 circled in red. haha

I am looking forward to the 10th but doubt anything will happen.

Well I suppose if Osborne made the cost of the tv licence £5,000 (based on last years figures) he'd have a more credible plan for paying off the deficit.

Decriminalisation of non payment makes sense, and I find it odd that it's only just getting looked at properly.

He thinks because the 'Income Tax Act 2007' is an act it is not law. Therefore it is not an offence to not pay taxes..
