I own both and while the install times are a lot quicker on PS4 it isn't really something that bothers me since its only something I have to do once.
I haven't touched my PS4 since buying my Xbox One a few months ago though since there isn't really any interesting games on PS4 atm.
Driveclub does look pretty but Forza Horizon 2 is just way more fun.
Its worth taking a look at the upcoming exclusives and seeing which you prefer the look of though.
