hi guys, just got a 256gb SSD, i currently have a 120gb which is near full, id like to clone my original SSD onto my new SSD and keep both in the pc, but not sure how id do this as id have 2 C drives at one stage wouldnt i? any pointers would be great, thanks guys

what SSD's do you have? some come with cloning software to image the current SSD and restore on to your new SSD. if it doesn't and you are running windows 7 then you can use the backup and restore option instead which is free.

once you have a image of the current SSD disconnect the old drive and connect the new 1 up and then restore the image to your new SSD

just downloaded the samsung data migration, just checking it will be ok where the destination drive is not samsung it is Crucial, my original ssd which im copying from is samsung tho?
