***Halo MCC***

Let's hope Halo Guardians isn't broken from the start too. I feel I've been duped with MCC into effectively paying £40 for beta access because the game as it is is a paperweight.

I could stick it on MM but I don't think you're allowed to pay people to take your item of your hands.

I might have accidentally on purpose walked out of Game earlier with my 3rd Xbox One, Forza 5, MCC, 2 Assassins Creed games and a microphone adaptor for £320.

Best not sell this one!
 
Remastered Reach is all I want. With them doing ODST it makes Reach happening much more likely!

I just hope they do a better job than HALO3, it looks terrible compared to the proper remake of HALO2.

Though saying that, Reach already had a decent graphics bump over HALO3.

That's because halo 3 wasn't redone it was just upscaled effectively... Still looked alright imo. I'm also hoping for reach tho! Shame there's no firefight for odst..

:\, I thought I read some where that they resolved a load of issues. I'll be trying it out tonight, guess I'll find out.
 
Haven't even bothered touching MP TBH. I've spent about 100hrs on the MCC and all of it has been on the campaigns and cheevo hunting. Having a great time with it.

They also need to use the remastered Cortana from the HALO2 cutscenes in the future HALO games, she's soooo much better than the sappy Cortana in HALO4.
 
Can someone explain to me please if I am doing something wrong? Never really played Halo, was given a loan of MCC from a friend, and I find that as soon as a multiplayer round is over, you are booted back into the main screen. I take it its not like COD (I know, I know) where you can just play round after round in the same of game and people leave and join as they like?
 
Started playing this properly earlier after a previous attempt at launch which failed due to epic network issues and me not having much time.

Halo 2 looks great but the "improved" sound absolutely ruins it for me. The weapons just sound wrong, the energy sword sounds wrong and even the music sounds out of place at times. Not to mention the pacing of the game is now off thanks to the delightful loading screen that appears just before a cutscene. Seriously. I've spent god knows how long installing the game onto the sodding hard drove to avoid lengthy loading. WTF?
The immersion that the original had has been lost IMO.
Halo 3 fares better in that it is still faithful to the original sound effects and looks surprisingly good considering its age.

Not too impressed so far.
