Good riddance, as it'll save taxpayer's money from otherwise jailing them for a whole-life term. I'm generally against the death penalty, but I think that terrorism and treason are be the 2 crimes that should still attract capital punishment.

Found it ridiculous that one of the BBC presenters earlier referred to hostages being freed but takers being killed as the golden something or other, insinuating that it was the best case scenario. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure that giving the hostage takers the easy way out (albeit unavoidably) instead of capturing them and making them pay for their actions, is not the best option.
As I'm writing this, the Irish reporter has referred to it as the best outcome as well, ridiculous...

Well given the track record of Fox News, I would assume that they are just making stuff up in order to further Rupert Murdoch's agenda. I can't comment on RT.
