The kayfun/rose/squape clones I understand as they very expensive to get the real deal but for the protanks just buy genuine as you can pick them up for next to nothing really

So, what i originally though was correct- it is indeed a knock off of the original but with parts missing hence the disappearing liquid.

sounds right.
when doing a new flavour or recipe, just make 5ml samples, that way if its not nice you are not throwing much away lol
 
Cheers guys!! Hoping to make a lot of custard types of liquids to see what they are like. Ill mix about 30ml in different liquids first but in small batches like you say. then see how they go. Hoping to make it a 5050 or 60 40 mix.

and if i mix a lot of base then add flavours, do they still need steeping once the flavours have been added?

Lucky Git, I ordered mines 8 days ago and it still has not shipped!.

Don't really need it, want it though!.... but it is holding up my Rose v2 replacement ceramic cups.
 
need some more cotton. I have been loving the "Japanese cotton" seems to wick beautifully but vape shop prices are ridiculous for it!

what cotton you lot using?

been tempted to try out the cotton makeup pads

pop yourself down to Muji in notts mate, its 2.99 for a massive bag of japness cotton. It's the stuff that all the Chinese mass produced companies are giving out with their products.
 
My Wire mesh has arrived, so I can try my first ever mesh RSST atty build

70W box mod arrives tomorrow
Coil builder arrives today (hopefully)
Erlkonigen atty arrives tomorrow
Squape R and Orchid V6 should arrive by the end of the month

Going to be a fair bit of rebuilding and testing over the next couple of weeks as I have no idea what Im doing with a box mod after using mechs for so long
 
Just rebuilt the coil in my missus's protank.

She always insists that its fine and is working fine, so im like alright then, then another week goes by im like jesus Christ just let me rebuild that coil, no idea how any one could vape on a nackard coil, she says she cant tell no difference though, Christ knows how! I rebuild my coils every 2 days at maximum

Rebuilt a coil in a Nautilus mini yesterday only because I was bored and I no longer use it. It was very easy but in all honesty it really does highlight for me, the vast difference between it and the rebuildables I use now. I really could not go back.

After trying space jams andromeda, I decided to give their pluto a go. All I will say is that it will be up for a swap or an emergency vape. Far too sickly.
 
me personally, I don't see the point of rebuilding coils, the whole point of the factory coil is so I don't have to rebuild. If the factory coils need to modded before it will work 'better', I would have choosen a better tank.

I have enough rebuildable kit that I have to rebuild without doing the ones that I don't have to.
