So on C4 news last night a spokesman for the Muslim Council of Britain seemed to back-track on his earlier criticism on the Pickles letter, saying they were asked to respond before seeing the letter (schoolboy error for someone in PR no?). Anyway his new position is that there is definitely not any radicalisation taking place in mosques in this country. This is based in his "personal experience". I think he's burying his head in the sand, he can't possibly know about what goes on in every mosque in the UK, he should be making an attempt to find out imo.

Yeah he did acknowledge that one, but claims it was dealt with 10 years ago (I seem to recall it was a hell of a job getting old hook hands out of the mosque but could be wrong). That's the only time a radical hate preacher has operated from a UK mosque apparently...
