Ni200 is a nightmare to work with, I have both 28awg and 32awg, the 28 is not so bad but the 32 is very easy to break, I only use it on atties that have screw heads so that I can wrap under the heads as I find going through the posts results in snapped leads every time, with the exception of my magma as it has grub screws, I also generaly only build single coils as even with 32awg, its hard to build coils that will sit around .2ohm. my first dual came in at .06ohm... drained my 2500mah battery in about 10 minutes of vaping.
I find spaced coils work best, but this results in longer coils than normal so reduces the number of wraps you can get away with.. i find about 11 wraps around a 3mm bar gives me around .2ohm single coil and this has worked well on my magma, Vertex V2 and Hobo, running at around 20w, using Rayon and temp limit set to between 380 and 400F depending on the atty.
When wicking, i get a piece of Rayon and roll it up tight to feed it through the coils.. Gently, then once through, twist the opposite way to unwind (rayon gets thinner when wet, unlike cotton), I have been able to re wick one or two ni200 coils, just cut off one end, twist and slowly pull out the other side.. too fast and you will pull the coil out of shape and ruin it.
