i am no coil master lol.
But i always use 28awg kanthal for my microcoils.
Its a good middle ground especially if you vape 1.0-1.8ohms.
iirc 7 wraps around a 2.5mm drill bit is about 1.4ohms

I thought about getting one, but I prefer my vv/vw. If I did go for one I would get a MCR, supporting local.

Anyone vape on a pipe? I quite fancy one. lol
 
Picked up some Vanilla Custard today from my local bricks & mortar, by god it tastes horrible.

Going to ring them tomorrow and have a bit of a moan, not custard tasting at all :( normally their juices are really good.

Thanks to the forum i have been happily using some RY4 with a Protank 2 Mini with an itaste VV 2.0.

All of these are still working great and i havent had a ciggy in 2 days :)

BUT

I'm finding the 1.5ml tank on the Protank mini II doesn't really last me that long and and im having to fill up several times a day. This isnt a problem when im at home but when im out and about or at work its becoming an issue.

I still want to use the protank mini II when im at home but i need something with more capacity when I'm out.

Any recommendations?!

Nautilus BVC for me. Exceptionally good for a clearomiser type tank.

Honestly I can't be bothered to fill up my Kayfun since I got it, the difference is there obviously but for me it's not big enough to warrant the extra effort!

That may change when new toy factor wears off, I've had it a few weeks though. It's this or drippers for me currently depending on how lazy I am.
 
Beyond Vapes Silo tank is very similar to the nautilus but should be more robust as there's less glass showing, then again you can get a full metal jacket for the nautilus too. Kanger has 18mm and 22mm pro tank versions too which holds more juice but uses the same heads as your mini, I do find taste and vape are slightly different in bigger versions of tanks, but that may just be me or the tanks I use.

If I had a KF, I be using all the time to justify the cost of the thing :)

My god, its been 6 days as a dripper at 40w, and I had to use my old protank 2 mini at the pub tonight, I couldn't wait to get home to my dripper!!

Sounds bad I know, but jesus Christ. I didn't realise how frigging good a dripper was etc and sub ohm coils. I mean I know I did 18 months fine on my protank with my own made coils, then from my love of fiddling with stuff wanted better, but what now do I do when I go out drinking, cant carry a 100w box mod and liquid around. any suggestions of what to do In that situation? :p

Well in that case. Spec me a decent small mech mod that will last a good hmm, 4 hours or so? That's light weight, lightest possible for when im out and about :p but can etleast go as low as 0.6ohm that would be fine. and would to be as small as the size of a itaste 3.0vw or less :p if that's possible, or same weight etleast :)

Damn vapings costing me a fortune :P

Also cant wait for this mutation X2 dripper, because this dripper that I modified to be useable, the coils are still raised to be useable with the height of the air holes, and the juice well is quite poor, if I chain drip it it takes a few seconds for the juice to soak up the coils, cannot wait for this fast tech delivery. probably the worst thing to wait on I know :p haha.

Smok m50 pro and istick 50w are both devices that will fire 40w at 0.6 ohms, good priced box(ish) mods.

All the subtanks at the moment have a 0.5 ohm heads, the kanger subtank looks very easy to recoil (both rba and occ head) but will they taste as good as a dripper? Meh... RIP says the Lemo drop is the best tasting EVER (on his own planet), I've not played around enough with mine... But it's just a smaller KF.

Oh Smok has a M80 coming out, parrallel 18650, 80w but it's not much bigger that the actual batteries from the looks of its specs.

I only ever drip now, much nicer for me, although blowing clouds in public gets me some odd looks.

This really, I have my old StingaryX in 18350 if I am out and about and keep the box at home. Keep anempty 10ml bottle and fill it up if you are going out for the day, or if you are me, take a 100ml bottle out due to laziness.
