Hey guys

Getting the SX350 Mini replaced, basically the motion sensor is not working at all.

So sending it back to the vendor tomorrow and getting a brand new one sent by return of post, pleased about that as the mod is not cheap.

Cheers all

Have you seen vaping shooza's review? The motion sensors only really works if you hold it upright..

Pegasus did an intreasting video on how batteries are made and branded, Efest themselves don't actually make batteries but buy them in bin lots from the factories; after they have been tested and rated. Like with LCDs; there's not actually that many companies that make the item, it's a whole lot of mass purchase and rebranding. On my efests it actually states the continuous rated amp and pulse rated amp.

Yeah, they are 20A continuous / 35A pulse afaik.
Just use the Ohms Calculator to work out what amperage you're using with your build.

As for your dirty MX2... Oh dear, mine came pristine. Luck of the draw eh?
I'd really use a normal drip tip with the adaptor tbh, but each to their own :)

Aye I will do :)

You know, iv been playing with drip tips tonight, im so undecided which to use.

A standard drip tip is a 4mm air hole at the narrowest part.

The one iv got that came on my kayfun V4, that's 6.5mm at the narrowest part.

The hugeeee mutation X V2 drip tip is 1.2cm at narrowest part :p

Im undecided on 4mm or 6mm, it actually does make a lot of difference, at 4mm, the air holes on the side of the mutation X v2, it doesn't matter how wide open they are after half way with a 4mm drip tip, with 6.5mm, it doesn't make any difference after 3/4 open to full on the air holes.

But, the way they deliver vape to the tounge is all different, huge gob full of cloud with the wider one, or more precise flow across the tongue with a narrower one, not sure which feels nicest yet.

Also, this mutation X V2 dripper, the build quality is superb love how perfectly everything fits and actually stays where it should.

But, you know that other dripper that I modified my self, well the only thing I miss from that, is that you could in a way over fill it, because the air holes was higher up and so was the coils, it could probs hold 2mm of juice before it got level with the air holes, could vape it for ages, now im having to literally drip as I go haha :p

Yeah, I've also found that the drip tip makes a massive difference.
My current fave on this is the one that came with the Big Dripper, which is kind of semi wide bore with a narrow lower opening. Keeps the flavour and provides nice density.

The massive one gets used for ***** and giggles every now and then :D

Yeah that sounds like the drip tip that came on the other mutation x clone, 4mm air hole at the bottom, wider bore at the top. that's the one iv been using, undecided though if I should use that or the kayfun drip tip which is 6.5mm throughout the tip.

and aye haha, every person iv showed this new mutation x v2 to, iv been like look at this,

*cranks up to 4.8v, 1.2cm drip tip in, air wide open*.... *FOG MACHINE*

You still running 0.3ohms coil? if so, what voltage you at? with this new mxv2, its a lot cooler vape at 40w which is 3.8v than it was before on the older one, Id like it a bit warmer again now. think I might have to get some 22g kanthal, lower them ohms :p or drop a wrap off each coil lol

Also, I might order another one of these and some bad boy 18g kanthal and 100vg juice for the giggles and cloud chase with this huge big bore drip tip! :p

alrighty, im at 3.8v, which is 40w for me and 100% charged batterys. I guess my coil is slightly just different a bit, I don't have a ohms meter yet but one is being shipped, from a galaxy far far away. Fast tech.

Also, as this is my first build in this new mxv2, I don't think its the best build ever, took a while to rag the coils into place and to even get them glowing good, might make a better one tomorrow :) but its stayed solid all day. ohms haven't jumped any direction at all.

Aye I think im going to use the 6.5mm tip :) also, I use 3 air holes open and 3 of them at half.

I wish there was another setting on it so you could have the bottom 3 air holes open so they blow perfectly on the coil in a row. might order another one at 6 quid or what ever it was, and mess around with it :p

Yes watched that video last night, whichever way I tilt the mod nothing happens, even the display wont rotate when I switch from holding the mod from my right hand to my left, as in the video.

Also I cant access the passthrough feature on the mod to turn that feature on/off in the menu system it uses the motion sensor to do it.

The sensor has not worked from day one, but on the plus side you can adjust your watts & memory bank settings from the display screen & it vapes really well & battery life is awesome too.

Cheers all

Aye, iv got the Efest 35A's :) got 4 of them, I keep em in pairs for my sigelei, even labelled them 1 and 2, they sit in the same slot in the charger and in the box mod :p
Was it you who said you do that petey? I cant remember haha.

Im going to order another 2 for when my mech mod gets here, then use them two in that when im out and about.

They're not 30A continuous mate :) They're 20A. 35A is their pulse rating.
Something like these are what you want if you really must go that low.

Alright cheers pal :) Ill get them ones, so there rated at 30a continuous then?

Why are the others advertised at 35a if there really 20a that's a bit silly, should just say what they can actually do continuously.

Etleast I know now not to go below 0.2 ohms on these battery's iv got now already lol.

No idea...

Also, get yourself a proper ohms reader! :p

Ones on the way :) iv got a question then, like you see videos of cloud chasers at stuff like 0.03 ohms and stuff or something stupid like that, what the hell powers there builds? That would be like 120 amps or something surely that's just a firework in there hand isn't it not if using regular battery's lol

This is why I can't stand monition sensors, like voice recon.. I just don't get a long with it, it really frustrates me. I would really like an sx3xxx chip device, but a lot of the relay on monition sensors for features.
