New PCS+290 Arrived today plus some benchmarks

Damn I'm jealous of these clocks at stock voltages! I need +50 voltage on my Tri-X 290 to get 1150/1500. Strangely, 1150/1450 is unstable on the same volts, and 1150/1550 gets a worse score than 1150/1500.

It looks like anything over 1500 on memory is a no go for some reason. Still 1150/1500 is good. Does anyone have the pcs+290x? Would like to see what that can do.

Which means nothing in the grand scheme of things as their stock voltage maybe higher to start with.

I think your right, im sure my pcs+ was +13 on the voltage out of the box, overclocking will very between cards the tri x I have at the mo is the highest clocking 290 ive had, I can get that up to 1200/1500

Is that valley 1 or heaven 4 on the wrong settings?

Yep, oopsy! Hahah, It was Valley, thought something seemed a bit wrong..

Mine also comes at +13 voltage, this meaning i have to up the voltage straight away before i start? or leave it and up the voltage when i get errors and crashes?

Right so this just happened..
Ignore the How to overclock tab open, i couldn't remember what settings i needed on.

Again, stock clocks 1030/1250.

And it's higher..

Help?

GPU-Z is saying my first 290x has an ASIC quality of 77.8%. I got it on release, so it was a reference card and was probably a decent one, since i didn't have to budge the voltage until i started to push 1150 on the core. Its under water atm and i bench with it at 1300,1600 (up to 1625 depending on the bench) with a hefty +250mv. Got a lightening a little later with a higher ASIC quality but it didnt seem to clock as well and stock voltage under load was higher.

I don't understand Unique Heaven benches on anything but 1080p, what score are you getting on a 1080p run?

The front page of the heaven 4.0 bench mark thread lists the settings to use.

I know what settings to run, just saying i dont understand the score on anything other than 1080p, as i use to only bench heaven and valley at 1080p and the bench above is 900p. I dont have any numbers in my head to compare that score of his to.
