I think the red alert bulb needs to be on full time Pelinox I would cancel this as quick as you can because he has just offered me the Titan Z's and said no one else above in line wanted to buy them!!!!!!!!!
So this person can't be on the level. Sounds like its one of those nasty ones who uses this sites auctions as a quick short term loan scheme.

Be interesting to see if anyone leaves the person feedback over a sold 980/Titan/CPU.

well thats the problem is it not why there are so many dodgy sellers again. The bias has shifted back to the seller because you cant email ebay anymore and you have to ring a costly customer services number? You can report them after you have made a purchase but then nothing gets acted upon straight away. Thats why its become a haven for people using it as short term loans or getting money out of people and having to use paypal to claim it back after 14 days or whatever.

You can actually send a 'second chance offer' to other bidders even if the high bidder has paid.

This sounds dodgy as hell TBH, probably using a stolen account, or the account was bought off the original member, which is a lot more common than you would think.
 
They will use another fake account to bump up the final sale price then just offer the second chance to the next highest bidder.

No through second chance even though Pelinox has said he has already bought them. So it looks like this person is trying to sell them to multiple people so yeah I would be protected by paypal but it has gone a bit Pete Tong. I have replied to the seller asking what the hell is going on.

They are probably running for the hills now as they didnt bank on two bidders communicating to each other what were the chances of that ? :) It was a private auction so no way to message to other bidders. In the past when something has looked dodgy I have sent a message to other bidders in the sellers feedback to see if they are legit.

Yea I recall auctions like this in the pass. Auction that I was bidding on I got outbidded, and was almost immediately gotten the "2nd chance" offer as soon as the auction ended...
