Guess that's true - although it wouldn't mater what I was in the middle of it would get sidelined for Bloodborne.

Haven't seen what the reason was but if it's technical issues / improvements then can't complain.

My main issue is that I'm planning a 3 week holiday for sometime in April!
 
Not loving the new boxart but this will be bought - I still need to get the Souls games platinumed but I doubt Ill ever do that.

Alpha was interesting, felt really tough without the shield but the mechanic to gain back health youve just lost makes you play more aggressively - youll need far more skills to do well in Bloodborne - really nice evolution in the Souls weapon play. Got some work to do on the whole performance side for sure...

dark souls 2 is a simple platinum/100%, just takes too mcuh time! think the other 2 are harder! i did ds2 100% on steam, my only game on steam that i have ever fully finished! :O
 
Really cant wait! are we getting the hardback guide at launch this time? Not because i want to know what to do, i just loved the dark souls one as a nice thing to have!

I preordered the ds2 one and at release still said in stock etc then they came out and said it wasnt coming to the uk (think it did in the end)
 
This can not come soon enough. Not only is it the only game I care about right now but it launches on the day I hand in my final TMA for my OU degree which I can't wait to finish.
I'm also off 2 weeks from that date.
So 27th March is certainly a day i'm counting down to.

Had spare £50 PSN credit so just pre-ordered this digitally given it's the only franchise I have faith in that I won't want to sell on.

Loving the random online dungeons you can play with mates - should be great fun jumping into those.
new gameplay style is a fun departure from my comfort zone as I always went sword/shield - only deviating to 2 handing greatsword in my final playthrough of DS2 (which is my 30th+ playthrough of a souls game).
So I'm eager to have myself force down a more offensive route!!

I have felt compeltely in control over the souls series and the difficulty is non-existent for me these days so that makes me excited to get back in this dark world and be in actual peril again.
 
Not long now guys 4 weeks to go!

I dont trust it but i preordered the hardback guide from amazon (not to use but just as a nice thing to have for after my playthough)

Reason i dont trust it is i did the same for the darksouls 2 guide on amazon and come launch day i hadnt heard a word and namco told me via twitter it wasnt coming to the uk, bit of a mess ( i think it came over eventually)

I would assume they wouldnt take preorders now if they cant make good on them/the numbers?
 
I've bought a PS4 just for this game, though it has given me the opportunity to play other exclusives (the Order and TLOU), but I'm just hoping it's as good as the Souls games and not a let down.

I haven't pre-ordered Bloodborne yet but wondering where other people have pre-ordered from?
