I knew I shouldn't have ordered for TW, customer services are it's finest :rolleyes:

Just got an email saying that the item has been returned to them and that they want another 2.99 for redeliver! :rolleyes:

I thought hey this was only sent out four days ago, how can it already been outcarded. so I phone them, well the guy at the end wasn't intrested in resolving the issue just getting the £2.99 back of me, so I spoke to the supervisor and we discovered that it was my fault that I popped in the wrong postcode.

So if it can be sent out again as a customer service thing free of charge, which they refused, so I'm getting a refund back, of course minus the £2.99 that I paid for the original post/packaging.

Well they have lost a customer for life... as you can tell I spend quite a bit on vape mail.. but that's one place I won't be buying from again ever.

I'm in no rush to get another istick 50w... I just wait until it comes back into stock else where and get free delivery.

Its a shame that companies act like this, surely £2.99 to them is nothing.
 
I haven't used TW in years (stopped when vaping was changing from only egos or hand made mechs) and they had a fight with UKV. Plus without discounts and things they always cost more. I can't say if customer service has changed or not as I never had an issue. I suggested them a few pages back just because they had a discount making isticks about the 'right' price and had stock unlike most places.
 
That video that the TW founder (I guess.) posted during the whole "UKV case" was so embarrassing. Basically TW had been selling the same Chinese crap that had been out for years at the same extortionate price. UKV's members called a spade a spade and he came out like it was a big personal conspiracy against him, very funny man. Or maybe it was part of a clever threat to claim personal attack by UKV and get them to fear litigation and stop any mention of him on UKV.

Vapemail, Zamplebox Gold came today, though waiting to try them later this evening with my partner, not even opened the box yet, will post what we got then.

Aye, My issue isn't with the fact that I had to pay for redelivery, is the fact that two of their staff never bothered checking in the first place why it failed.

I fully admit it was my fault, but it would have just been a cycle of error if I'd never escalated the issue.
 
Today, 4th march 2015, is the day I, balky12, after 15 months of vaping, almost fell out of love of vaping.

After two days trying to get my 4nine mod to work it still isn't working. I will put it down to a rubbish clone. Will try again when spare magnets come.

On top of that it has claimed my Rose V2 for the time being, the rose is stuck in the hybrid adapter.

I then brought out the trust Kayfun Lite+. Oh trusty Kayfun, you introduced me to the world of RBA's. After 3 hours of trying to coil it, and going through almost 10ml of juice, it's just not happening. I have tried all sorts of coils. The flavour is just nothing on the Rose.

So with hurting hands I type this. Using my Hana Mod with Ego-W dripper. I hate drippers.

Today is not a good day.

Might save up for an ubertoot and get myself a small regulated device. Failing that I might even just get a Sub tank with coils. Take out the hassle. Try and bring back some consistency.
 
If you do replace the 4nine, might I suggest the SMPL. Same thing but better imo. :)

I've been wanting to try the Subtanks too Balky, they are getting so much hype.
 
Anyone can recommend me some DIY supplies sites to mix my own e-liquids excluding the ones in the OP?

I need nicotine in VG (not AVG), im trying to order from alchemists cupboard but the website is lagging or buggy it is hassle to add things into the basket!!, which annoys me extremely.

Also, I'm smoking DMC and Cadejo from digbys on my aspire atlantis @ 25W 80% and 90% VG, works fine, no problems at all 10/10.

Infact its too good, with my long gaming sessions, im chain vaping too much i think, not sure exactly how much, mabye 8ml per day

Alchemist cupboard works fine for me, and just checked. Maybe it's your browser?
 
Vape mail arrived with a new Kanger Subtank. Currently vaping Goose Juice with the 0.5 Ohm coil (measured at 0.7) on a mech. That works out at about 25W and my god it's good.

Running the RBA on my fullsize subtank and I love it. Dual Coils so can run a lower wattage and get great flavour without burnt clouds :)

Wait til you try the dual coil RBA deck!

Just be careful with the screws that attach the chimney as some muppet in China decided loctite on the tiny screws was a good idea!

Mutation X v3 + Mutation X Mech mod. Also got a Subtank mini and a spool of NI200 for my DNA40. Juice didn't show up today though. :(
 
Really annoyed, ordered some Spectrum Vaping juice and some Isle of Custard juice on Saturday - neither have yet been dispatched.

I know it's first world issues but still not happy. Luckily I have enough juice for a while but still not good.

Never forget when I ordered from Triphammer and after 5 days after paying RMND I emailed him for his reply to say "it's next day from when I dispatch it, not from when you order it"

Never ordered from him again, his juice was also gash!
