That sucks. Time to fire up the insurance, I guess.

In happier news, I've spent an hour and a half spannering and managed to get my chromoplastics onto my pompino. I took slightly drastic measures with the front and sawed four inches off the front of the guard so it doesn't pass under the brake any more, so doesn't foul on it. I had various ideas on how to fix it, and I googled all kinds of things, but in the end I thought you know what? Life's too short for this. I can lose the front of the guard with no real loss of function and just get on with my life. The rear I had to drill to get it mounted on the bit that would be a brake bridge on a bike with centre mount brakes as the mount hole is on the underside. Once that was done they went on ok. If I could really be arsed I'd re-cut the rear stays, as they're a bit long, but I think we all know I'm never going to get round to that.

What on earth?? How did it happen? When did you realise? I feel for you! :(

I noticed while locking the door ironically. I thought my partner had put it outside as it normally lives on the back Garden which is sealed and it gets locked to a post.

Never thought it would stolen from inside, suspect it was a neighbour as there is no chance of being overlooked or I could have been followed home.

Stole my backpack and portable phone charger also :(

Well that sucks majorly, even worse you suspect a neighbour!

Worn my rear tyre down to the canvas, maybe 8000km on it, Michelin Pro 4 Endurance. Ordered a new one from wiggle last week but it'll probably be another week until it arrives, ran out of hydration tablets too!

I'm not very excited by the products either (though I'm not a current PM user like many of you). The crank one would be the only one I'd go for but as above, it has lots of limitations.
