** TRULY INSALE DEALS ON GTX 780Ti & GTX 770!! **

I think the 780ti would be worth it instead of CF 270x just so you don't deal with general multi-gpu suckiness. But then again, if that's what you wanted then the 290x is already available at a good price so it still doesn't make a lot of sense. Right now the only reason I'd eye the 780ti is if you're after the 4K Gsync monitor and don't want to wait for the Freesync ones.

Nice post :)

Are any of these a worthy upgrade for a GTX670? I don't really keep up with graphics anymore :D

GTX770 is a faster GTX680 chip so I would say no, as you won't see an overly crazy jump in performance.

The GTX780Ti will be the one to look at if upgrading (trades blows with the GTX980). At current prices it's a steal if the 3GB is good for your resolution.

I only game at 1080p but it almost met its match with Far Cry 4. My main focus will be GTA V.

Grab the 780Ti you should be golden.

Here is a vid with a 4770K and GTX780Ti running Far Cry 4 maxed out with SMAA on 1080p

If only I had 250 for the 780ti. Not like I need a new GPU the 670 plays all my games smoothly at high or Max settings but still. It would have allowed me to use DSR more and at higher res than what I do ATM.

Tho I do wonder tho. Is a better gpu really needed these days as supposably gsync would make for nicer gaming even at low fps doesn't it and with dx12 coming future games will have much better fps than before due to the api efficiency so raw horsepower from a GPU isn't needed in the future compared to current APIs etc. Only exception is 4k or eyefinity type stuff.

Not sure when we will get the first DX12 games (other than Fable Legends) and how efficiently devs will program them.

Personally I'm not waiting for something ground-breaking for another year or two from DX12, other than tech demos.

These 780Ti are just priced at current value with the other cards, you can get a decent 970 for £275 and sell the Witcher game for about £20 and have an extra 0.5GB ram, or 1GB if you believe Nvidia.

780ti is a good deal and i bought one. I already have a 780ti and it manages most games at 4k without AA some above 60fps some around 40. That is faster than a 970 and trades blows with a 980. Now i am getting a second card for £250 and my 780ti sli will outperform a Titan X no problem.

Sensible purchase i'd say. You can keep your £900 Titan X!
