On the S6 I tried the lights only came on when I touched the buttons. And they turned off after a second.

All previous Samsung devices had the option to turn them off completely, which is what I'm after.

I've seen it on the note series. I usually keep it set to 6 seconds rather than turn it off completely so not a big deal for me.

On the Note 4:

1.Go to Setting menu
2.In Device list, tap Display and Wallpaper.
3.There are 4 options that you can select. Check Always off option to disable key lighting.

But when your Galaxy Note 4 Power Saving Mode is enabled, the touch key lighting is always off. If you want to turn on it, follow this guides
1.Go to Setting
2.Choice Power saving in System list
3.Tap Power Saving mode
4.In Restrick performance menu. Un-check the Turn off touch key.

well scrapped the Mobile fun order as I suspected they DON'T have stock for the 10th and estimate is another week. Back to the .DE site it is and upped the spec to 64gb .

it was from carphone warehouse on Sim free but like i say i shouldn't have had it until the 10th sales man is probably still getting a roasting .
Nice phone been on all day updating apps surfing receiving emails and general use and the battery is still sitting at 49%, so looking good so far.
