What launcher would you recommend?

I really wanted to give Android a try and wanted a premium handset to go with it, the S6 seemed perfect.

I'm not keen on the Samsung TW skin and think that i'd prefer stock android but don't like the Nexus range of devices.

Wow, you're crazy! Touchwizz is not that bad, in fact it's pretty decent these days. It's certainly miles better than ios which is just disjointed and messy with poor navigation. Not to mention you can totally customise the phone, which is why people prefer Android in the first place.

Try Nova Launcher.

4/5 post, would read again. Especially "solid, stable work horse." used in any correlation with Apple products. Never realised what a farce that was until I had to use apple products with work. Just an unstable Fisher Price flavour of *nix :D.

did you use the included charger as it needs higher power, when it comes to charging time you cannot beat the s6 look at the charts compering its the fastest and that includes all the iphones, i myself game and it still charges so thats strange to hear, also android is so customizable how you want it

i do agree samsung can lag, on the other hand the htc runs smooth and thats android
 
Ok I'm looking at videos of Nova Launcher and maybe I didn't give it enough time...

I am bored of iOS hence the curiosity for android.

It was via USB not the included charger.

I use KK launcher but you can use Nova or Apex, all 3 of them good. First thing I did was load KK on mine you can practically tweak every aspect.
 
By the sound of it, you mean you were using USB just from a desktop or laptop? If so, that would be extremely slow compared to the included wall charger

Got a text from EE on the 2nd saying if I ordered that weekend they'd guarantee the phone will be with me on launch day (i.e the 10th).

I ordered a 64gb Edge in Gold on the 4th. On the 8th I got a text saying "don't worry it will be with you in 21 days".

My other friend ordered off Three the same day and got his on Friday, other colleagues at work didn't pre-order at all and have got there's from shops over the weekend.

I'm still waiting :(

I called EE today and was told they had "a lot of orders for the 64GB Gold Edge" but that I would "probably get mine by the end of the week/start of next week". I'm not holding my breath and next time I won't bother pre-ordering. :mad:
 
If you guys get one from EE they come preinstalled with the bloatware including the app that tracks the phone for EE which i tried uninstalling but wouldnt.

So i took it back and bought a sim free one from CPW instead.
