Its not worth it V. Rose v2 is only getting £65 now and TBH the mess on for what is a marginally better flavour when both are wicked perfect isn't worth it. They all have a rose on SV but I'm sure its because Lee and Andy are mode on there lol

TBH, I never tired a rose but it does seem a lot of effort, hence why the chances are I never will.. kinda like gennies. Far too much effort for me.

Cheers Greg, I kinda figured as much, and tbh I would rather another UTA, I just love it so much. Just need to get someone to buy the KF4...

Never had a rose either so can't really comment on that, but as for gennies no more effort than a cotton build once you get the hang of it. I think there is a lot of mysticism applied to mesh gennies. i just slip out the mesh wick dry burn and pop it back in 5 minute job, but well worth the effort.

I guess I'm just old school i like gennies and a good old fashioned mech mod;)

I haven't bought anything for over a year and make anything i need, but i'm tempted by one of these newfangled UTA thingy majigs, people seem to hold them in high regard and it doesn't look like just another gimmick.

Should i if i could get hold of one ?

Anyone seen this

http://www.vapor-z.co.uk/collections/variable-voltage-wattage-mods/products/smoktech-xcube-bt50

looks pretty snazzy and not a bad price either.

description says 65watts but pictures say 50.

On another note, I need help picking some juices. I only really vape 3mg. 6 is too much 0 not enough so can anyone recommend me some nice juices? Im not a fan of custards, normally vapes fruity flavours but wouldnt mind trying some more savoury ones. so give me your suggestions. :)

I can't help but think UTA are only praised so much because they are so hard to get hold of

it's got the same firmware as the smok m50/m65 the device was OG 50 watts but the firmware has taken it up to 65w. me personally; if I was looking at those devices I would just get the m80 (80 watts) the extra wattage with duel battery is more handly than the blue tooth feature.

I dont want any more devices

I just liked the fancy lights

Having real trouble getting the subtank mini rba to dismantle, the top locking collar comes off easily enough, the main well ring is absolutely solid, any tips? Needs some fresh cotton.

sometimes gently does it...
use rubber bands for extra grip...
place in the freezer for a few minutes...
if those fail... get the nut cracker out.. lol

Cheers will give it a try when I've finished this tank, may as well order a couple of spares as they're only £3 a pop.

Fastech order has dispatched with what resembles a royal mail tracking number!! Super excited :D

Some can be a nightmare if you don't hold them in exactly the right way...I use a pair of needle nose pliers to lightly hold the base on the intake holes and then it usually unscrews with a gentle turn, you shouldn't need much pressure.

Alright, my Kanger Tech tank started leaking yesterday so I took it apart and it dried and I've tried it again but it keeps coming apart.

Looks like this now: https://www.dropbox.com/s/64fnyhqvu7hmxpt/_20150415_204738.JPG?dl=0

What do you reckon? Broken? I tried putting a bit of electrical tape round the outside but that didn't work, didn't wanna try superglue if it's something I'm inhaling. I could use PTFE tape or something to waterproof it or something.

Any suggestions?

check your o-rings.. basically there should be one where one part meets another, to seal off the gap to stop it from leaking. you may be missing or damaged one or two. You may have been given spares with the tank or you can buy replacements.

if they all there and look ok, take them out and soak them with warm/hot water and rub them a little, so they are nice and soft. For them to work they need to be wet or get wet.

Definitely go easy with it, I managed deform the middle tube section trying to free mine up. Where did you see the spares?
