Was great fun, Longbows ram was 10/10 I was next to him and it looked brutal!

Quick question has anyone got a PS4 controller working with the PC version?

I want a new wireless controller.

The crashes and online freezing is horrendous yes but I don't know why its putting you off given the content is so rewarding. I'm sure they will fix it all soon.
 
Was going to start this download tonight. Few quick questions if someone would...

Current best/cheapest place to buy?

Is a 7870 going to see a graphical increase over the PS3 version?

Is it worth buying if I've already played on the PS3?
 
I'm glad I did a fresh OS install specifically for this game. So far I have had zero problems. I think a lot of problems people are facing have to do with some software conflicts and maybe corrupt files in OS or damaged files in other software

I'm using a PS4 controller connected via bluetooth using a free program called inputmapper. It even allows you to remap the touchpad click to PTT for teamspeak. The button prompts will still be for an xbox however.

Ahhh Rammix, good man. Going to buy a PS4 Controller in town today, what else do I need then?

Assuming you already have bluetooth, Just input mapper and you're good to go. To get the PTT working took me a while but I'll talk you through it on TS later if you can't work it out.

Nah need a Bluetooth adapter, the world of the "Purple Shirted people" have a Belkin one I will grab and then get the controller from the big catalogue company.

Online play is.. pretty amazing to be honest. You probably are missing out. If interacting with people (getting shot randomly) bothers you, there's a "passive mode". Random missions etc with real people is quite entertaining though.
 
Probably a stupid question for some, but i've just installed fraps and it seems i'm locked to 30fps, how do i unlock that? (never really mess with gfx stuff).

OK so when you've installed the bluetooth adapter you'll need to put the controller in pairing mode by holding the ps and share buttons together until the light bar starts to flash rapidly, then search for it on the PC, pair and you're good to go. Any problems give me shout, but I'm sure you'll work it out.
 
Re downloaded this and same issue where it crashes expect this time a error code comes up. Apparently some issues during download where files maybe mixing.

Bit sick of all the trouble shooting now.
