If your personal car get destroyed by player in jet do you have to pay to get the car back or other player will pay?

If you upgrade a particular car is it the only one upgraded or does it apply to all cars of that name/make?
I mean, do I need to take care of my upgraded car and park it in a garage?

Yeah I've settled on a decent range of settings now, in the end though I really need a new GPU. The 580 was still able to manage up until a year or so ago, even in BF4 I could run on high settings and get a solid 60fps.
I'm gonna stop playing the SP for the time being, will just do some online until I get a new GPU - the drops down to 30fps and the fact that I know the game can (and should) look so much better than it currently does, is ruining the experience.
No idea bud, my personal vehicle has only been blown up once and the other player (Nexus
) had to pay for it.It'll only save the changes on vehicles that you own (Tracker'd) I believe.
For example, I have a sultan that I own upgraded to a sultanRS with a few bits and bobs on it. If I leave it out in the world, it'll be safe as it's insured and when I come back to it (either in my garage or out in the world) it'll still have the upgrades.
The other sultans out in the world are still bog standard sultans however.

They'll pay for the premium, so you just ring up the insurance and make the claim for free. As long as it says "personal vehicle destroyed by X" and not "your personal vehicle has been destroyed", then X will pay.

Had a bit of a fright when i logged on to GTA Online this morning and one of my houses and the contents of its garage had vanished, thankfully a quick relog fixed it.

I was going to soak you with my jerry can but I didn't have any left so I just had to make do with a sticky bomb
I was also going to wait till you got to your destination and then blow it but I just couldn't control myself 
Didn't even notice money coming out of my account, how much was it?
Just had a quick blast online there with spenty, we drove up to the second highest mountain in my electric car, he parachuted off, I drove straight over to the highest point and went off the edge my car, it was so much fun

Guys i wanna transfer the game to my ssd (rockstar version). So i thought i would just download the game setup tool and install to my ssd and then copy over the current files.
When i open the launcher I get this..
Any ideas or just get out the external hd and pop files onto that and unistall game?

Is there a difference using Nvidia inspector rather than the normal control panel?

Yeah that and the network errors, I know the 360/PS3 versions had similar issues on launch. Did that ever improve and become somewhat fluid? Can't see myself playing longterm if they don't address the load times.
