I'm currently spec-ing up my EVL drip tip, and it's very painful.. I'm a plain Jane (but a bloke) when it comes to style. I think this will be the smallest drip tip but wide bore, he's has on order, it might not show off his craftmanship due to the size.. but I have faith...

Really looking forward to seeing the results...

They've come out with a new one called Attraction. It's like Heisenberg on steroids. Supposedly Menthol and Berries, but I got Menthol and some sort of Liquorice.
 
I'd avoid Amazon when possible, in my experience its a complete minefield for fake coils.

Pay day has been and gone, hopefully sneak off up to a b&m this morning and buy a 100w+ mod, half tempted to grab a subtank plus if they have them, complete my subtank family :p
 
Now I have had my mini sub tank for a month and tried various coils I am liking a 3mm spaced coil of .4 kanthal 5 wraps at about 0.8ohms. However i vape this at 15w which is rather low as it's 3.4 volts but I'm finding the flavour good and never any dry hits.

Anyone else find on the RBA deck that low ohms builds with high watts the thing struggles to wick when chain vaping?

Yeah, anything over 18W and it dry hits. With the RBA you just need to treat it as if it's a KFL and build accordingly. 1.0 Ohm spaced 2.5mm with loose ish cotton.

Snap - dropped my coupon mini on Friday night when leaving a friends house and it stopped working. Took it apart when I got home and the battery connector thing the battery pushes into had bent flat! Coaxed it back to normal and now working again, phew!

The KFV4 clone appears to be a very good replica, the flavour its kicking out with a 1.0 ohm coil in is crazy.

Fortunately the guys in the B&M near me (vapeolution) were very honest, said the clones he has have rough threads compared to the real thing, but otherwise are good!

It is ok to use straight. I use mine straight now because I can't be bothered with the hassle of diluting it. But when I did, I used 20% vodka to thin it down. You can use deionised water (pharmaceutical, not the halfords stuff) instead of vodka, but I always have vodka kicking about anyway.

Ha,soon as I started reading and you mentioned vodka I thought that's no problem hehe. On it now.

Anyway I had a few bottles made up that were to strong testing (custard and aniseed ) so I've added a bit to that and with the other ingredients it seems more water like But still a little glupy.

How did it vape with the vodka in it? Was it not harsh?

Also is this boots stuff pg?

sorry for all the questions I tend to dive into things and ask later. Think it's my OCD ha.

If it's from boots and it's glycerin, it'll most likely be the thick gloopy Vegetable Glycerin (VG), for the clouds.

The PG is Propylene glycol - much thinner consistency (throat hit and flavour)

Fully in love with this Sub tank, using some Spectrum Vaping juice I bunged in the drawer ages ago as the flavour was horrid, in this tank however the flavour is pretty good.

Well worth £25. Although with the .5 coil it drains the juice!

What he said ^^^^

Glycerin is the VG. It is what makes your juices thicker, and gives you the clouds. Many cloud blowers just use straight VG, saves wasting nicotine and flavouring, lol.

It vaped ok with the vodka in it (I was using some fancy Norwegian Vikingfjord vodka at 50% at the time, as that's what was sitting around).

But when I'm on a dripper, I prefer it a bit thicker anyway, so I can't really be bothered messing about diluting it anymore. Still works great in my Kayfuns too.

Sweet that's what I want. I ran out of vg so my last few mixes have been all pg. Including my pg nic Base.
