My Isle of Custard fluids turned up. Popped some in a dripper and........ they taste of absolutely nothing.
I'm assuming they need to be steeped. How long for?

They make a point of recommending atleast a 7-10 day steep when you order. Seems they are right :p

I was at the pay screen for the uta2 and decided against it..
Turned down the railbox too.. Just didn't want them enough to spend over £400 pounds on two and a half items.

Ubetooottooooooooot.

Sold out in 3min, people losing their minds because by all accounts the website over sold and now they won't be doing an UberTuesday next week!

These Ltd Edition bits of kit, the hype train is real!

I've never done it that way. I do it this way. You're breathing not steeping lol

Don't know how anyone can watch that tool:rolleyes:

'tool' Just my opinion.

Just give it a little time and it will do its thing.

The whole vaping scene is full of nonsense and mysticism.

I don't care what a person acts like. If the advice is well founded and used by most I will try it. But each to there own :)

If someone could point me in the right direction or recommend where to read that would be great.

Have a budget of ~£150 probably prefer to go a bit lower but could go higher. I previously had a magneto mod and used cartomizer+tank with it, kind've just bought it without too much research as it seemed simple enough to use but somehow it got lost a while ago.

So basically looking for something with the capability to take decent batteries (assuming you buy these seprately?)
Decent batteries
Recommendations on what I should use, RDA, cartomizer+tank or? (Mainly used at my desk or on nights out).
Wouldn't hurt if it looked nice too :p

I take it you are happy to use rebuildables then?
You would also need wire/s cotton
set of mini screwdrivers.

Tanks are better for nights out IMO

so starting with a subtank might be the best go as you can buy the premade coils and use the RBA base that comes with it to practice building your own.

In your budget I would go for a sigelei 100w/100+/150w (if you dont mind the size of them)
subtank and a clone dripper of your choice
Get your batteries from a guy called torchyboy. dont have the link at work im sure someone will post it soon though

I have a sigelei 150w with my mutation X dripper on and personally i find it to be a fantastic combo. plenty of flavour and it chucks vapour for cloud chasing

Depends how drunk you get :)

forgetting to drip in a drunken start does not feel very nice the next day. speaking from experience and vaping lovely dry cotton in the dribbly state i was in! I wish i had a tank that evening :)

drippers for mech mods
tanks for regulatered mods

this is the only way! I will not hear about any tom foolishly... lol

mech mods are a waste of space. mine just sit gathering dust now until I only have them with charge in

Naa... I have a few that I still using.. a mcr101 set, a microstick and the smpl are the main ones. For me they give a smoother vape on a dripper. :)

Anyone got a Lemo 2 yet?

I do, and I im happy with it, flavour is as good as the original but filling is much easier, though is has leaked a little after filling on one of two occasions, but there is a method to avoiding that.
It came with a .5ohm coil which i ran all week at 28w and it was sweet, but it could empty a tank in no time at all.

Then on sunday i took out the .5ohm and fitted a nice .18ohm NI200 coil @2.5mm dia, wicked with Jap cotton and have the temp limit set to 380F and its working great though i may have to re do the wick as chain vaping results in temp protect messages, otherwise its going well, may try a lower ohm NI200 coil next time.
In all its an improvement over the original Lemo and I loved it and the Drop I have.
