Neighbour parking obstruction help :( (Large pics sorry)

OP should be reversing onto his drive and driving out onto the road forwards...

Simple fix that resolves the reverse turning issue :S

I thought of this straight away. If they were parking on your side, fair enough if you were to complain, but..

bmw driver is wrong, he is not supposed to park there. its up to you to report to the council. but he'll know its you. up to you

he'll have no place to park as the road is double yellow line so he'll hate you.

leave it. its not worth it

First off if you are finding it difficult then you need some lessons in how to reverse. That does not look like a challenging place to extricate yourself from at all. I can understand how it looks a mess and perhaps isn't the most neighbourly parking position, but using your own inability to reverse is not the best starting point I'd suggest.

Came in expecting large pictures. Leaving very disappointed with the content.

OP lives around the corner from me, if that photo earlier on was originally posted by him. I wouldn't be reversing onto the road if it could be avoided.

I just don't get why more people in this tread do not think this.

Because whilst it's not really appropriate, it's also not really causing a problem worthy of the chap losing sleep because he can apparently only reverse out of his driveway by being 5 inches away from the footpath but 5 foot away from the grass the other side :p

Whilst he might have parked like a *******, it shouldn't actually cause anyone an inability to get in and out of the driveway, certainly not to the point they lose sleep over how stressful getting in and out of their driveway has become.
